Marluxia should be the easiest boss in fight in critical because the rules of the match stay the same across difficulties, I'm fairly sure. Just keep fighting him till you memorize how each of his attacks work, once that is done you'll block and dodge everything he does like it was nothing, you wouldn't even need to restore your counter. Next use the Pillar trick as to make sure you don't get caught in the rose pools, They suck...

Nice job! I'm doing KH2FM Critical Mode for the first time. Just finished Timeless River. Having a lot of fun with it. Not too hard so far. 

There were bits of Critical Mode where it was more of a challenge, but it was a fun game and I'm glad I've beaten most of it. I just have the Gummi Missions and Lingering Will to beat, myself. Good luck with the Data Matches! Some of them were pretty tricky.
