Have you ever had those times where you need to refer someone to one of your characters and how mighty they are? Where you reference something in your character's backstory, and somebody doesn't get it and it would take forever to explain it? Or you just want to impromptu battle someone and don't want to completely write out every little detail for them as a base rule? Perhaps you just want to reference something written down just in case you forget a minute detail?

It does not matter the reason! This thread exists for all of the aforementioned reasons and whatever else you could need it for.

Maybe I should explain some more. This thread is for posting character sheets of any OCs you have used or want to use for roleplays, and you want to compile them all into a single place. Procedure is pretty simple. Write or copy/paste a character sheet of a character you have already made from your head and post it.

I suppose one could talk about other's characters here as well. Just general talk, compliments and constructive criticism only. Maybe make some suggestions, or you have a character idea that you can't fulfill but someone else might. Everything roleplay character, all the time, is the motto of the First International Roleplay Character Bank.

There is no particular sheet that I have for you to fill out. Just put down whatever you think the essentials are.

As an example, I'll put down my strongest character here.

Name: Neena Mors
Age: Hundreds of Years Old if we're being technical.
Gender: Female
Appearance: Posted Image
Personality: Bitter, impatient, quick to temper, slightly cruel, good intentioned, fearless, cautious, confident, intelligent, holds grudges, sarcastic, caustic
Bio: this'll be lengthy. Don't put yourself through it if you're a casual.

Neena started life in a small village. She was born during a time when tensions leading up to the Keyblade War were just starting to become a problem. She grew up leading a regular life, not particularly affected by the War that had recently began. One day, a small patrol of Dark wielders came to the carefree village, and burned it all down, killed everybody. Neena escaped the massacre by being hidden in the cellar by her parents. There were no other survivors. After several long hours, she peeked out from her hiding spot, and became traumatized almost immediately. So many dead, nothing left. She caught sight of the few keybladers who had committed the crime. They were leaving, and as they did so, laughed and joked. At that moment, Neena's fate was sealed. She became enveloped in the flames of vengeance. She found a nearby village, and lived there. While she grew up, she trained relentlessly. She adapted her body and attitude to that of an assassin. And she joined in the Keyblade War, joining a little faction named the Decolor, whose goal was to kill all the Keybladers. She easily became the top operative, assassinating several hundred keybladers. Over the course of the war, she welcomed light into her abilities, and conquered the merciless embodiment of her light and darkness that had taken over her body as Neana by sealing them away into a pendant that still allowed her her powers.

Eventually, the war ended, and the Decolor became criminals, persecuted and on the run. Neena could not let up, constantly running from the law, until she received an invitation. An invitation to join the Omniverse Tournament. A Tournament for the best warriors from all across the multiverse. The prize was one wish. She joined, and throughout the course of the tournament, fought valiantly against several powerful warriors, including a few keybladers and the hero of a Keyblade War from another world. This hero taught her many things, including the value of care, and helped her to get over her hatred for Keyblade wielders. Also, through those trials, she gained a brand new power that gives her strength. After the tournament, which she won after a lot of hard fights, she got her wish. She wished that she could return to her home and not be hounded by the law again. She got her wish. She was returned to her home that had become the Keyblade Graveyard, and fell into a magical sleep. She was not bothered again.

Several hundred years later, she awoke, dazed and confused. A young man with silver hair and yellow eyes found her, and took her in, protecting her with a huge silver keyblade. Over time she learned his name Xehanort, but to call him Terry. It comforted him to some degree. The two of them fell in love, and ended up getting married and having a child, named Lyon. It seemed that they were going to live a happy and peaceful life, not going to be bothered by anything. One day, Terry left for work, saying he had something special to clean up. As soon as he had left, Neena and Lyon were ambushed by a few other people. Out of practice and without her weapon, Neena quickly fell to the mysterious men. She fell into another long sleep like state. She awoke several years later, with the world fallen to darkness. She sought out her husband and daughter and found them both, one fighting for light, and the other completely possessed by the darkness. She broke Terry out of his stupor, and they all fought, defeating Xehanort and the rest of his thirteen darknesses. The reunited family won, but Terry was forced to give up his heart and body in order to kill Xehanort once and for all. Neena got her heart stolen while she fought to keep Terry in the light because of her using her most powerful form, Twilight Form.

So, Terry was gone forever, and Neena was divided into three parts, scattered throughout the universe. Lyon led a safe life, but never forgot her parents sacrifices. Later, Neena's will was reawoken through some force, and finding her lacking both heart and body, sought out her nobody and heartless. She had lost all of her light and darkness when the split occurred, leaving her extremely weak. So, her will was forced to take on a new kind of power. Her light and darkness lost to her Nobody and Heartless respectively, she hunted other warriors, who held great power granted to them from magickal artifacts. She used only her physical skill, speed, and strength, to find and defeat these mighty warriors, and claim from them the magickal artifact that gave them their power. With her power increased, she began to seek out her Heartless and Nobody. All three perished in the battle, synthesizing once more, Neena.

However, instead of Neena being reborn as a whole person where she had died, her new whole body was taken to an arena, with an omnipotent being known as the Watcher in charge.

To be continued when The Amnesia Games RP is complete.

Weapons:
An Obsidian Ninjato
A Bow of blackwood with an enchanted quiver that never runs out of arrows
Magickal Artifacts:
Spellblade: An enchanted broadsword that can take on the power of spells and add them to it's own strength
Ichaival: A bow with extraordinary precision and the power to identify an opponent's weaknesses
Aredbhair: A spear that gifts the user extreme grace and aerial finesse, allowing for air combat to become a possibility
Carnwennan: A dagger that enhances the users speed and grants the user invisibility
Parashu: A battleaxe with extraordinary weight and gives the user extreme strength and manipulation over the earth
Ring of Dispel: A ring that can counter any spell and protect temporarily against physical attacks
Crescent Rose: A six foot scythe that absorbs hits and increases strength accordingly
Caduceus: A thin short rod that gives the user mastery over elemental magic

Abilities: Her abilities consist generally of a few forms that she can switch in and out of at will, that very her performance and appearance

Neutral Form: Neena's regular form, that she is normally in. In it, she has the capabilities of a Kingdom Hearts warrior trained to the fullest potential, focused on speed and acrobatics. She wields her bow and ninjato generally, occasionally switching to her artifacts. She can wield both light and dark magic in this form, but neither are boosted or negated.

Dark Form: Neena's form when she embraces the darkness. Her appearance changes slightly, her hair becoming longer and darker, and she wears a short black dress with lace trim. Her skin pales and her eyes turn yellow. Dark magic becomes much more powerful, but she cannot use light magic. Neena becomes much faster, but she loses a lot of strength and defense. She can only use the artifacts Ichaival, Aredbhair, Carnwennan, and Caduceus.

Light Form: Neena's form when she channels the light. Her appearance changes more dramatically, her hair becoming blonde and her skin becoming tanned, sun kissed, and her eyes are blue. She is encased in a suit of golden armor. Her ninjato changes to a golden broadsword, and her bow to a yellow wood crossbow. Light magic becomes much more powerful, but dark magic is completely negated. She becomes a bit slower, but with a boost in defense and strength. She can only use the artifacts Spellblade, Parashu, the Ring of Dispel, and Crescent Rose.

Will Form: Neena's form when she had lost her body and heart. Her hair turns white and becomes shorter. Her skin is sky blue and she is clothed in a white unitard. In this form she receives no boosts, and can use neither dark nor light magic. However, she can use all eight artifacts, not to mention able to use two at once, and they are all boosted, becoming stronger in whatever power they grant.

Twilight Form: Neena's ultimate form used only in desperation since it requires a lot of concentration. She is encased in a suit of black light armor, her skin pales matching her blonde hair. One eye turns yellow while the other becomes blue. Light and Dark magic becomes much more powerful, she becomes faster, stronger, better in every way short of beauty (not that she needs it). She can use all of her artifacts, and they become boosted in their potency and power.

There you go, Neena Mors in all of her glory. And she can only become more powerful.

Come at me Derik

I just wanted to add this drawing of my roleplay characters made/inspired by an OC meme

  • I might post one here soon. And by one, I mean the one who slew a powerful, dark man with The Second Coming of Raptor Jesus.

  • This isn't my reaction to the picture but I haven't pulled this in a while and figured I might as well keep the chain attack going.

Quick questions How fast can Derik travelDoes he need food water air?Besides his sword, what other methods of killing can he do

Good question. For records notice, this is one thing I will divulge the entirety of.He is a master of several fighting forms from kickboxing to Showlin Tae-quan-do, including Tro Si Sha, or in the old language when translated, Will of the Destoryer. This is a hyperactive martial art focusing on pinning and use of fluid movement and counters to force an enemy to submission. As an extention of this martial art, is his swordsman's form Tri Shi Shro or "Settlement of the unbroken in the old language. This form is and advanced form of his martial art that requires two weapons with blades to work correctly, and so primary is and sword-based form, however other weapons like knives, commas, dual-maces, ect, work for him. Through hyper aggressive attacks to deflect any form of defense and punishing swipes with fluid movement (I am in the process of developing those martial arts through my knoledge of fighting, however my injury has slowed progress to a hault). In terms of arms, he can use any sort of throwing weapon, all two handed weapons, only one-handed in a different martial art form shat lacks a name as of now, and not the entire design of it being finished being reasons for not including it in his main combat abilities, however he cannot use ranged weapons well. Bows, guns, anything. He can throw any weapon well, but aiming down a site is just oddly dificult for him, and he dislikes range anyway. He only, in terms of range, has a single high-power pistol for when he has to use it, but that is rare considering His other abilities abilities tallents. He, however, sticks to swords, scythes, and axes mainly as they move the way he likes best. Then include his link to the power of Creation. Beings capable of ascending to god hood are linked to the power which allows one to create items out of nothing, hense his ability to generate big bangs with his attacks and such, and his native energy attacksAnd finally, weapon absorption, which he can use to absorb someone's or one of his own weapons to power himself up and transform. He won't normally use this, but if the fate of existance rides on it, he will.Next, yes, but rarely. When he dose eat/drink, it takes a lot to feed him. Think like an entire galaxy's worth of food, multiply it by 3, and then boom. He also happens to be a very picky eater, will not consume things that can help the natural world (such as fish, and on Tuesday contrary, he basically will consume massive amounts of chicken/steak as they have nearly no environmental benifit). Luckly, before the one person who actually liked him in his life died, she showed him how to cook, and is in fact an OK chef. Brooklyn however is far better than him, and Sandrew is the absolute best cook among them. He likes dairy products, meat, and poultry best.Derik's native speed is about 2 times below the speed thought, and one time below the speed of time in its fastest setting when maxed out. Only Brooklyn or others one with time can be faster, as they are one with the passage of time.Good question

Jesus christ alive not even my characters are that broken >.> Hainzo has defeated a dimensional warping demon lord (pretty much a god like level too) destroyed the heaven's goddess and destroyed the whole archangel army and defeated the destroyer who was pretty much the conqueror  of the demon realm  One thing I forgot to mention is that Hainzo can copycat nearly ANY ability he sees from his enemy, and if he dies fighting, he'l come back one or two days later at most with even more power than before. as for surviving...well not exactly nucler holocaust, he did survive a whole supernova with him at the center of it and still had the strenght to fight off the destroyer's generals. welp time for me to make a new story arc ;) and increase his power further. although If I had to measure Hainzo's power...well darn, he has unlimited power from his immortality, each time he dies and comes back his power increases significantly (about 40%) making it so that dying is not exactly something bad, and yet beneficial to him xD but dying is humiliating >.> but I think...a RP of the Op characters fighting each other...would be cool.

Well, he is intended to be the sort of Overwatch of existance at the end. He protects Brooklyn like a leade knight would protect a king.

At this rate, Gilgamesh is just going to open 2000 Gates around you guys and use his ftl ship to escape like a total cartoon villain lol.I honestly say I'm going to die first if we fight in- character. I forgot what tattooed Gil can do, brb.

Lol, as long as you don't attack him or offer to spar Derik is genuinely peaceful. He enjoys spending his freetime with people, however he has few friends. Something about him makes people generally hate him.

at this rate i| wouldn't be surprised if he could kill you by breathing on ya.

This brings up a good point that I want to address: Derik has full control of his power. He won't just haphazardly destroy things as he moves, as all of his power comes from his training and growth, and as such has mastered his power correctly, unlike beings just given power *cough*Superman*cough*. He can handle even the gentlest of things correctly and easily, but outside of combat he is a bit of a clumsy fool.

Well if Hainzo dies he has the time to devise strategies against his enemies while he's...well dead and he will get an increase in power so im good I guess xD

Derik's big specialty ability that I made genuinely to counteract power buffs like this: Will of the Warrior (by the way, Brooklyn and Sandrew have their variations of this, Mind of the tactician, and Heart of Valor. They deal with opposing enemy buffs or Debuffs as well). Any growth in power outside the beings own grown power(through training and increasing of one's skills naturally) is suppressed and turned off. Power boosters of things like transformations in battle are not affected by this as the transformation and power growth are gained through a skill of an opponent. If you can't beat him without what you'very earned, you loose.

We got three immortal beings here, Hainzo in the sense he'l just come back like it was nothing Derik whos too overpowered for death to even consider taking him and Athan, who wishes to die but apparently can't  yuup, we already got a three man team of immortals  Well yuffie Neena could be a nice match against Henry, (Hainzo's son) since they seem to be on equal levels of power If I have anything to say about it

Funny thing, Neena is one of few characters with a high rating against Derik. He dosen't deal with magic too particularly well, and she has a lot of it. As long as you don't use elemental magics, he can't do anything against it other than try to avoid or block it. This, completed with Yuffie's combat tallent (one of few people on this site to ever make me give an inch in any fight) makes her far more formidable than first-glance.

So I spent an hour creating an OC who could defeat Derik but since I don't know the full bio, I just focused on an OC who's only enemy was herself. Long story short, a normal human girl who realized reality, imagination, limits, and rules were lies, and after leading a rebellion like Lelouch against the world and managing to kill gods from multiple religions, she has unlocked the potential from just forming her hand into a scythe to literally doing anything by just understanding she can. Fate and Control do not apply to her powers. I'd put up a full bio but I'm busy and I'm sure Riki still could solo her with a hidden bio we never heard about.

Intresting that your going off of a similar character drive that I use. Intresting.

On the OC topic, it wasn't even my intention lol. I was thinking of a person who hated not control and fate, but her own weakness that rules her as a civilian and the logic that binds the world's rules. Intending to prove that imagination and reality are meaningless, she fights for justice, but eventually killed all the gods to spite humanity for still believing in limits despite all the proof shes given.

Good premise.

Somehow, I'm kinda glad I've never had to face Neena in combat...

I remember reading somewhere that Assassin class and Guard class are both hard counters to one another xD

Somehow, I'm kinda glad I've never had to face Neena in combat...I remember reading somewhere that Assassin class and Guard class are both hard counters to one another xD

Quite. The idea is that a well-trained guard can protect from any Assassin, but any regular guard is trumped by an Assassin. So thus that sort of rivalry is born.

Its not a immediatee power buff, if you nullify it, it will make very little impact on Hainzo's abilities and strenghts, because at each death, it is not the sword reviving him it is his soul bound to the sword that makes it revive him, and due to that he has to do one ordeal after another in order to revive himself, he also trains to make said buffs permanent.

but if you gotta know if you disable that power buff from reviving it'l cuts roughly 4% of his full power pretty much, its not THAT big of an increase, and in a few days or moths of training he can easily increase his power by much more than that.

....maybe we should RP to find out? xD actually scratch that my english ain't good enough for 3 paragraph fighting posts...

Y'know Jav, you just piqued my interest about classes. Do you know a lot about those? And since I'm curious, what class would be a direct counter to something like a Guard/Defensive Fighter?

And I wonder how far would that Guard-Assassin relationship go? Let's see....

Guard > or = Assassin, Guard wins.

Assassin > Guard, Assassin wins.

Figuring out who the greater belongs to would of course relate to the amount of training, natural skill, strength of equipment, and strength of aquired skills.

Or, a better figure might be that a guard naturally has a certain boost against an assassin, let's say 50% all around stat boost since the defeat of assassins is the general purpose of a guard. But, one the other hand, an assassin has to be able to defeat or get by guards, giving them a practical instant kill/defeat of any guard that is much less proficient than the assassin is. To figure out whether or not the boost for the assassin pertains to the encounter would likely be an equation like if x - y > 5, assassin victory, where x is the assassin's level and y is the guard's.

.....

Did I just do that?

Like, did I really just throw algebra into roleplaying?

Maybe I should go see a doctor...

Lol, if you wanna, but there is a reason I'm also considered the combat guy of KH13. Derik's max skill is based off of my own level of tallent with deciding attack/reaction /counter relationship, and I would say I'm fairly decent.

Name: Doctor Pellinore Warthrop (often simply called the Doctor)

Magic Ability: The Doctor has an affinity towards animals. Only certain ones though. Your cats and dogs and canaries he has no interest in. But other ones, ones that most of the populace prefers to call monsters, those are the ones that hold his interest. And that is where his ability comes into play. He can summon anything he has profiled in detail in his notebook. Basically, Warthrop has written in excellent detail several monstrous beasts, a few weapons, and several tools into his notebook, and can now summon them at will. However the level of detail required is the work of days at a time, preventing him from adding anything on a whim. Is also limited to one at a time.

Over time, he grew better at art, and as such, can draw in new objects to his book, adding them in much more quickly if needed. However, he still prefers, and will eventually add all the written details. He can also now summon two objects or creatures.

Here is a list of things in his book:-A Bow and Quiver-A Spear-A Lantern-A Pocket Knife-A Dissecting Knife-A Box of Matches-Bread-Cheese-Water-An Anthropophagi(headless man eating humanoid double the size of a typical adult male human)-A Phoenix (eternal bird of flames, wingspan: 6 ft., sharp talons)-A Vukodlak (a wolf the size of a horse, has been known to eat humans, sharp three-inch claws and vicious teeth)-A Jorogumo (a human sized spider, poisonous fangs, can shapeshift into a woman)-A Romanian Serpent (a snake the length of a bus, venomous fangs, can un hinge it's jaw, and has strong muscles to strangle things)-A Chimera (a three headed lion, one head snake, one head goat, one head lion, with wings)-A Ciful (four winged insect, the size of a car, powerful pincers, venom, and a tail with a club of sorts on the end)-The Beast (The Doctor's strongest creature, he refuses to say anything about this species, and has not published any writings on it. Nothing is known.)(It's now known that The Beast is Typhoneus Magnificum, the rarest and most sought after creature in all of monstrumology. It's power is to increase the user's strength, speed, dexterity, stamina, and durability to godlike levels, though he loses most capability of thought.)

-A Jersey Devil (kangaroo like demon that breathes fire and has sharp claws and a whiplike tail)

-A Manticore (a giant scorpion with a humanoid torso that can shoot large poisonous spikes from it's tail and has giant claws that can cut a lot)

-A Liman (an odd mix between human and lion that is both intelligent and skilled at combat. It wields a gigantic blade hand carved from the bone of some beast)

-A Vivo Lapis (literally, living rock. It is a 50 foot tall rock golem that is almost impenetrable)

After Sandrew's death and the gift of a sword, the Doctor decided to also learn Ice Magic, which gives him the ability to create and manipulate ice that freezes faster than it can melt to his every whim. He used it to forge a rapier of ice that he tends to keep on his body at all times, and if he ends up Beasting, he can use.Backstory: The Doctor has had a hard life. Descended from a long line of scholars, the Doctor has always had to study hard. His parents would pull surprise tests on him, and punish him severely if he failed. The Doctor grew up smart, and was able to skip several grades. When he entered college, the Doctor chose to study biology. He graduated with a degree in the subject, but found himself wanting more. He found out about the obscure science of monstrumology, and began to pursue it. After additional research, the Doctor realized how dangerous this task would be, and began to study magic as well. He chose to use book magic, and grew skilled in the use of his weapons so that he may defend himself against the creatures he wished to study. After several years of work the Monstrumologist has brought the study of monsters into the light of normal science once more, and Warthrop is a leading scientist. However, since he began his studies of monstrumology, he heard of creatures that lived only on Evraius. Finally given the chance to find these monsters and document them, the Doctor as volunteered to climb the mountain.

The Doctor climbed the mountain indeed, he fought and puzzled his way through the trials of the mountain that he eventually found out was a spaceship. He uncovered the truth of magic, the Evraius, and the Kamyn. He was able to kill Adriev, and in the ensuing battle with the traitors, found himself resorting to The Beast. The Doctor became wrapped in a field of rage as he flung himself into battle. While he had intended to kill Kinzoku and Varion with his power, he ended up attacking Tristan, whom he fought. In The Doctor's mind though, he fought his own battle against his inner demons. He could only recall all his moments of weakness, the times he betrayed a friend's trust, the times he had chosen his work over his love, the times he had been seen for who he truly was. The Monstrumologist, truly was, the real Monster. He came to these realizations as his body was taken over entirely by the contagion, when he found a new will. He remembered now, who he was and what he did. He may be a monster, but even a monster had the ability to be remembered and complete his work that he had such passion for. And it was with his remembered zeal, that he defeated the mental contagion while Tristan took down his contaminated body. After he reawoke, the Doctor chose to return to his home, settle down. Do some lab work opposed to field work, and become a better human being.

One day, the Doctor awoke in a Jungle, with plenty of very angry cat people chasing after him, and no memories.Personality(added in if you don't mind): The Doctor is intelligent, which shows in his speech patterns and dialogue. He hates stupidity, and will not tolerate ignorant company. When interacting with others, the Doctor is a cool and confident individual, the awkwardness of other scholars either effectively covered up or not there at all. He prefers verbal sparring to physical fights, but is not afraid to fight physically.

Over time, he has grown more mild mannered, calm and bright. He still loves to mock and tease his good friends, but has become more approachable and open minded. He is a stand up member of society that contributed much, and is well known around the city for his good deeds and pleasant company.Appearance: [/img]http://38.media.tumblr.com/544e1636fb737eba0ca823f3cff65a88/tumblr_n4lxythArZ1r8s71do1_500.jpg[/img]

NO! NO ALGEBRA! MATH IS BAD! xD

To answer your question about Guard vs. Assassin class: It's more than just the training each has. The environment also plays a role. Either can have a huge advantage over the other depending on where/when the encounter happens [dark, narrow corridor vs. sunny open field], but when on an even playing ground [an open arena] then yes, it boils down to skillz.

Specifically about Assassins vs Guards: The only reason why I say that assassins and guards are hard counters to each other is because the assassin falls under the 'rouge' class, which emphasizes skills. Guards falls under the 'fighter' class, which emphasizes strength. But now that I think about it, Assassins have the upper hand vs. guard because it's skills vs. strength, and skills usually wins

Specifically about your RP character and my RP character: This... This is where things get interesting, because the way I RP my main OC, he is more of the Paladin [fighter with magic skills], meaning he is more of the cleric class. Rouge class [assassin] and cleric class [paladin] are direct counters to one another: Typically [not throwing shots at your OC], rouge classes rely on fighting dirty, stealth, knowing vulnerabilities, down to earth. Contrast the Paladin: Highly restrictive fighting rules, obvious [usually. My OC is an exception], rely on slugging out damage to smite foes, divine [magic usage]. I mean, it's really freaking awesome how fire and ice the two classes are...

Assassin vs. Paladin

Single precision attack vs multiple general heavy attacks

light armored vs. heavy armored

weak vs. strong

fast vs. slow

Doesn't really follow rules vs. Must follow rules with no exception

Call on the physical world for help [traps] vs. call on the divine world for help [buffers]

realistic vs. ideal

I mean... lets face it: Your OC [Neena] and my OC [Zero-Four] are a match made in heaven... To completely and utterly obliterate each other. xD

To completely and utterly obliterate each other. xD

It truly is fate itself....

NO! NO ALGEBRA! MATH IS BAD! xD To answer your question about Guard vs. Assassin class: It's more than just the training each has. The environment also plays a role. As I give no direct advantages to a fighter that isn't their skill, unless requested or I'm thinking about it, I don't measure for areas outside of general flat lands. Als, even in certian situation, the more skilled of the two will win.On another note, Javelin is completely correct in his statements in Palidin and Assassin. Save one thing, a lot of Assassin's are very, very strong. They must be if their first strike fails to beat the enemy. Instead of being weak, they are a lower tier strong, rather than a high tier middle or very high tier weak.

Nope. Traditionally, assassins are on the weaker end of classes [the weakest being the wizards] but whereas the Wizards mains are magic, assassins main on skills and stealth. They get more points to invest in skills, but their general characteristics are handicapped.

but then again how are characters like derik, brooklyn or any other character posted in this thread is realistic? you ain't gonna fight realisticly when your character can destroy half a continent with a few blows

well, I take a sort of "if this person had these powers and abilities in real life" approach to it.But earlier I was personally talking more about actual assasins, not a class

Assassin is a really loose term, it is referred to someone that has extreme skill at killing people, while in some games and books take assassin's as speedy glass cannons, while they may be true sometimes and assassin is simply a person who kills others, most of the time for money, either with stealth or not, it.

A true assassin is ready for all situations, he is ready to go in stealthily and assassinate his target, as well has he is prepared to fight his way in or out should be he spotted and the alarm sounded. At least thats my take on "assassin"

I don't think a "if this person had these powers in real life" and all would really make a difference, for example if one of my characters were in real life, well tough luck they'd be unstoppable and there would be nothing to counter them. Sure skill would come in context, but then again skill always matters, skill itself is how the character handles their power, controlling it and what not, and the tactics and fighting style they utlize. Again thats my take on it

If you really want to apply realism [despite OCing a demi-god], Assassin is defined as a person who can silently and stealthily execute a target efficiently and leave no trace of them doing the act.

With this in mind, they are realistically more focused on skills rather than strength. Actual assassins value skills over strength. This is a given.

Yes, but they are far from weak people, making sure they have enough muscle to allow them to escape if an assassination attempt dose go wrong. By no means are they a power house, but they're also far from feeble.

They are weak, when compared to the other classes. And, they don't need muscle to escape if things go wrong for them. Acrobatics does need some strength, but the rest is mostly, once again, skills.

You can muscle your way up a wall, but what's the point when you can do it with grace and precision, on top of which you won't be as tired once you're up there? See, this is why I main dexterity xD

I feel like I should add several members of the Dividing Lines cast to this, for safe storage.

I just said "they'Re by no means are they a powerhouse but they're also far from feeble". Your trying to reaffirm a fact I already basically agreed on, only I am saying they're not *quite* as weak as you put them to be.

*Is quietly imagining Fate/ classes*

Was inspired at school today. Easily the most powerful character I've ever created/sarcasmthoughkindofnotreally

Name: Zom Mercutio

Age: Transcends Age, though generally appears in his late teens

Gender: Male

Appearance:

Posted Image

Personality: Zom is incredibly cocky and loud mouthed, which lands him in trouble more often than not. These two traits have lent him to be quick on his feet and clever. Although quick-witted, he is far from intelligent or proper. He has terrible social skills, though always claims to be a master at reading people. He is lacking a proper and formal education, but in his travels he has learned more than most. He is generally amiable and ready to smile, but often makes fun of people, never having been taught otherwise. He is fond of wordplay, as well as many other types of play. Zom is highly competitive, always wanting to win, no matter what the game or contest is. His childish nature is almost always present, and it takes a lot to get him to take anything seriously. But when that smile disappears, which doesn't happen often, I'd run. But that's just me. I mean, he kind of looks terrifying when he stops smiling.

Bio: This turned out longer than I thought it would.

Zom originated in our Earth's medieval times, a poor farmer's boy who ran away from home to the city. He had big dreams, like any foolish child. But of course, they didn't quite pan out. Zom became a lowly thief, stealing to eat, eating to live. He never did anything serious or drastic, just survived. Most of the others on the streets weren't fans of him, finding him to be naive and annoying, always smiling despite his circumstances. He often said that he did what he did just to keep him going until destiny realized it passed him by. Of course, that was enough to irritate any gang. But he was skilled and quick. None caught him. One day he just had a feeling, and walked down an alleyway. Down that alley, was the fresh corpse of a man dressed in odd clothing. A little disgusted, but still curious, Zom checked the body out. He searched it for valuable and found nothing. Poor guy had been mugged. Zom stood and shrugged, about to leave, when he had that little feeling again. Turning back, he saw a curved dagger in the hand of the dead guy. Zom picked it up, and it of course, immediately began to talk to him. Zom, a little freaked out, still wanted to hear what the dagger had to say. The dagger was saying that it was The Dagger of The Chosen, and it's master was to save the worlds from any problem that may come across them. After contemplating if he was crazy for a while, Zom decided to trust it. Wasn't this what he said all the time anyway? Destiny was just waiting?

With the newfound abilities of the Dagger, whom Zom had taken to calling Dag, Zom ended the rise of a certain politician that Dag was certain would cause the fall of western civilization. Great. Zom was satisfied. He had changed the world for the better. Dag was not nearly so content, constantly complaining that Zom had more problems to solve. Dag led Zom, satisfied that Zom was capable enough to become the Chosen, to a ring. Of course, the Ring also had it's own things to say, but basically, Ring said that she could boost Zom's abilities even further, as well as take him to wherever a problem may exist. So, Zom, smiling broadly, asked Ring and Dag to take him to the next problem.

Zom has been to more universes, more worlds, more times than he can count. Literally, he's not super great at counting. But he's been to a lot, and solved the problems wherever he went, taking down corrupt politicians, bloodthirsty warlords, media giants, ugly corporations, and even the occasional alien invader. With the help of Dag and Ring, who were always with him and always ready to give their thoughts on the matter at hand, often with a snide comment or brutal observation. They continually showed new powers whenever they were needed most, increasing in strength.

Eventually, Zom had to learn the truth of the Chosen. He was curious by nature, and Dag and Ring refused to give him any information. But finally, he found himself on the Alpha World, the original universe. Supposedly, there was a problem to solve there, but first, Zom was determined to find out what he had become. He came before the Council of Elders, a bunch of really really old people who made decisions for everybody else because they were old. They told Zom that after the original split, and split after that, and continual splits from the Alpha, these universes and worlds would often spin out of control and perish. And each time a universe died, the Alpha died a little bit. And, knowing that their universe was at risk, the Council had decided to create the Dagger and the Ring of the Chosen, and first gave them to one citizen of the Alpha. Since then, the role of the Chosen has been passed down, whenever one Chosen dies, the Dagger puts out an aura that attracts a possible candidate. Once that candidate has put on the Ring and wielded the Dagger, they have become the Chosen, and must fulfill that role until either the Alpha dies or the Chosen dies.

Satisfied with his answer, Zom left to go find a place to sleep. When he awoke the next day, he found out that the Council had all been killed in the night, and that a new government was beginning to be constructed. Zom had failed to correct the problem in the Alpha because of his insistence to learn what and why he was. And now, this universe, the Alpha universe, was doomed to die. Disheartened, Zom left to go attempt to fix the other universes still in need of assistance. But, he began to realize that each world was slowly corrupting, cracking apart at the core and he could do nothing to fix it. Zom watched helplessly as the universes that he was supposed to save died because of one mistake he had made. One day, he suddenly awoke to a terrible pain. He was dying because the Alpha was dying. He tried to call out to Dag and Ring, but they did not answer him. The Chosen was falling as the entirety of everything collapsed around him.

Zom died. He reawoke in a new place. Everything here was corrupted, doomed. Zom realized that he was where the dead worlds fell. The other side of the conflict he was fighting. Failure. A bit of exploration and he found that the people there were all practically spirits. Shells. There was no joy, no love, no positivity at all. And at the core, he found the center of corruption. The Omega, the original doomed universe that had sent all around shattering into chaos and destruction. Armed with nothing but his wits because his eternal companions, Dag and Ring had fallen silent, Zom set out to solve one last problem. He strode bravely into the Omega, faced with legions of enemies, corruption everywhere he looked, and a people bedraggled by the misery. He slowly inspired the people again, becoming a figurehead for change. He fought, he lived, he became an icon of hope. Finally, Zom saw the changes. Kindness and compassion was returning to the fallen world. The Omega was being revived. Realizing what this meant, Zom knew where he had to go next. If he could revive the Alpha, then everything could be fixed. Just maybe.

Fixing the Alpha was the hardest thing Zom ever had to do. It took him many many years before his actions even made a dent, but he never gave up. He persevered through the worst of times, providing hope for the people. But even with the citizens beginning to see the light once again, there was still one more problem. The high being that ruled the fallen Alpha. Borgeus, the Corruption, satisfied that he had done his duty, corrupting everything in his path. The Chosen drove right into battle, certain that he could do it. But he couldn't. He failed. He fell, defeated, to the ground. Borgeus saw that he had won. Zom was the only one that could have ever taken back the corruption, but he had fallen. Borgeus laughed with joy, satisfied that the victory was his. Suddenly, voices were heard all around. Two, one an awfully sarcastic man and the other an intelligent woman. "Get up Zom." "And I thought I taught you better. Hmph. Guess we're going to need a new Chosen." Zom opened his eyes. Dag and Ring were back. Zom smiled slightly. "Wipe that smile off your face Mercutio, or I'll have 20 laps out of you!" Zom's smiled disappeared. Right. Borgeus still stood. But not for long. "This'll be worth more than 20 laps Dag." Zom shot into battle once more, using every skill, technique, and power he had at his disposal. And he did it. Zom had taken out the corruption. The Alpha was being raised up. The other doomed universes began to awaken as well. Zom had saved everything. He smiled again. Life would go on. But a Chosen's battle is never over.

Weapons:

The Dagger of the Chosen: A curved dagger forged by the Alpha world, Zom has named him Dag. He is sarcastic and critical, never letting up on Zom. His abilities include:

-Boosting Zom's abilities to super soldier levels

-Slicing through any known material when energized

Dag also hosts several class changes for Zom, but these abilities are present in every class.

The Ring of the Chosen: A simple gold band forged by the Alpha world, Zom has named her Ring. He's very proud of both of these names. She is intelligent and optimistic, always ready to help by giving information about the world or opponent. Her abilities include:

-A database full of information on the laws of every universe and other helpful information

-Teleportation, both between entire universes and short range within the battlefield

Ring also hosts several class changes for Zom, but these abilities are present in every class.

Abilities: Zom possess all of the abilities given to him by Ring and Dag when they are active, which they always are except for when the Alpha is dead. Throughout his travels he has been trained in acrobatics, weaponry, martial arts, mental strength, music, and medicine. Through his travels, Dag and Ring have gained new powers that allow Zom to change strategy on the fly at any time. These classes often draw from either the laws of the world or from the power of the people they met. A lot of his ability also comes from his extraordinary luck. He should have died SO MANY times. But he's lucky beyond all words.

Dag's Classes:

-Monk: A high stamina class, Zom often uses this class when he needs to continually barrage an opponent or keep up with their attacks. Both Dag and Ring provide an extra ability when in this class.

Dag: Changes into a pair of knuckles, increases the speed of his reflexes and to use no energy with his strikes

Ring: Provides an imperviousness to pain, allowing him to feel no pain even when his body is being damaged

-Paladin: A high defense class, Zom often uses this class to tank blows without taking much damge. Both Dag and Ring provide an extra ability when in this class.

Dag: Changes into a broadsword, allows him to reflect any ranged attack away from him

Ring: Changes into a kite shield, deflect any melee attack erasing any damage it might otherwise do.

-Assassin: A high speed class, Zom will use this class to escape opponents or to put out swift precise attacks. Both Dag and Ring provide an extra ability when in this class.

Dag: Attacks can pierce any armor if they land.

Ring: Boosts speed to extreme levels

-Berserker: A high damage class, Zom will utilize this class to put out huge amounts of damage at one time, especially during moments of weakness.  Both Dag and Ring provide an extra ability when in this class.

Dag: Changes into a huge and heavy blade, boosts Zom's strength to massive levels. (Like splitting a planet in half if going at full power and is careless)

Ring: Damage received is multiplied, but the attack is also felt at 3/4 strength by the opponent.

Ring's Classes:

-Alchemist: A class focused on exploiting the opponent, Zom will use this class to break an opponent's guard. Both Dag and Ring provide an extra ability when in this class.

   Dag: Shows an enemy's weakness.

Ring: Changes into a white glove that can shoot out various mixtures that can host various malicious effects, like being venomous, acidic, electric, flaming, etc.

-Priest: A class focused on healing himself and others, Zom will use this class when either he or allies nearby are wounded. Both Dag and Ring provide an extra ability when in this class.

Dag: Changes into a staff, Accelerates his own healing process.

Ring: With adequate concentration, can heal anyone's wounds. Distance and severity of the wound increase the amount of concentration needed.

-Soldier: A class focused on high powered ranged attacks, Zom will use this class when he is farther away from an opponent. Both Dag and Ring provide an extra ability when in this class.

   Dag: Provides extra accuracy.

Ring: Becomes a gun about the size of an assault rifle that fires high powered laser rounds with various firing modes, rapid fire, burst, exploding, precision being good examples.

-Bard: A class focused on boosting the abilities of himself and allies, Zom will use this class to become more effective.

Dag: Allows him to "hide" or become one with the environment to evade enemy perception

Ring: Changes into a set of panpipes. With each song he plays, one of his abilities, whether it be to boost his defense, his elemental damage, is increased permanently.
