I noticed that there are quite a few members on the site that have some sort of knowledge  in game development, Since I've taken a year of game development and am currently in a business and entrepreneurship program i decided to start a team. so to whoever's interested just comment what you would be able to bring to the table(even if someone else has the same skill) and well see what kind of magic we can create.

 

My personal skills:

Game design

Sound Design (I own a home studio)

Voice over's  (I own a home studio)

understanding of C++(to a certain extent)

Business (Marketing, sales and innovation)

Personally, I'm known for being a pretty-decent Roleplay host, and a great writer (I passed a proficiency in writing even though I could only barely read what I wrote, so after they deciphered it, apparently I did well enough to pass, just for instance of how well I can write when needed). I'm better at fantasy style RPG stories, but I can do just about anything. My writing has improved a lot since I last made a serious plot (Alternate was sort of more for lol's so the plot wasn't really there, and Tirain is VERY old at this point... Even if it is still on-going). I also have huge knowledge of combat, weapons, fighting styles, and choreography, and the like.

 

On another note, I do have an idea brewed up in my head. I was going to wait until I had a team/people willing to help me preform it instead of trying to start it and getting no-where since I'm poor at coding and modeling(I can do it, but they are FAR from my strengths).

I could maybe post some of the things I've done. The little games that I've made. I do have one little concept art for an enemy, and I have an idea for a game that I've had for a while and it's my dream to make into one.

You're pretty good at it, too, and a writing team is completely necessary, one writer didn't write A Midsummer's Night Dream (A least according to a few conspiracy theorists, anyway).

I am? ._. I didn't think my plots were all that good yet... And like I said, I don't know that I'll be able to help with this project. I'm busy with school, life, and a few other projects.

The more the merrier nothings set in stone yet with so many people interested in story telling it'll give you a chance to learn from each other and maybe even improve your writing skills a bit 

and the more people that collab and really care about the story the better it'll be

I'm a huge Yogscast fan/a Sapling (if Martyn's strangely infectious laugh didn't win me over, then I would be missing out .-.) And occasionally when I surf the subreddits or Google I find things, such as these. Very, very nice.

Not in college yet, and in college I plan on taking a visual media route (directiong/writing/acting in movies, animation, etc) but I have made two lazy parody games in my free time. I dunno what I could bring to the table though.

Well the games are just the things I made in those summer camps I mentioned earlier, but I can't find the flashdrive I have them all on... Need to find it...

Oh and another thing I forgot to mention, I can do some voice acting if needed. I can do a bunch of different voices and even some monster/ creature sounds. I often freak people out with what I can do with my voice (I can make a fairly realistic cat meow, and I've actually tricked people into think there was a cat in the room with it. I also did my meow to a cat that wanders around in my neighborhood and it then started to follow me )

thats awesome man the only trouble i see with adding voice overs to a game is not everyone will be able to record under the same circumstances so it would sound way off unless we all wanted to pitch and everyone visit a local studio and i could edit all the parts at my house. Wheres everyone from anyways?
