Kairi remebers nothing about her home world. She said so her self in KH1.

I find it really odd how Kairi, Riku and Sora all forget somthing like people protecting you, or making you hold a big-butt key, or you best friend talking to some oddly dressed guy...

I'm not really sure how much kairi remembers. It might have just been that one memory, but it could have been more. She said she remembered being from hollow bastian/radiant garden, and I don't see how that one memory with her grandmother confirmed that. So maybe she remembered more things, I don't think she would have remembered everything though.

She admitted that she remembered nothing from her life before arriving on the islands. Just like how Sora could feel nostalgic by looking at the castle slide in Deep Jungle through Kairi's heart, Kairi was able to remember that event through Sora. It's a literal heart to heart connection between the two.

It's been confirmed that Riku is the only one out of the trio who still remembers Terra and Aqua, but hasn't said anything because Terra asked him to keep it a secret. Sora and Kairi have long forgotten about them, and again, she admitted to not remembering anything.

She said that in the KH manga that she did not remember herself in Radiant Garden.
