I'm sick, angry, annoyed, and tired...

I haven't been able to sleep well for a whole friggin' week. And I'm starting to freak out about it. I'm tired so I try to go to sleep...but all I end up doing is tossing and turning the whole dang night...and IF I do doze off I wake up an hour later with headaches and my ears hurting....WTC! There are some moments when I start crying because it hurts so bad..and I need the sleep. And to the fact that I have to wake up early because of school...isn't helping. I keep telling my parents, but my mom just thinks I'm trying to get out of doing schoolwork. -_-

Which I'm not!

 

I am truly pissed off...and not to mention being tired...

Just make your mom listen to you... tell it to her straight, and prove that you're not fibbing... a little stupid that she doesnt believe you...

If your headaches are hurting so bad that you're crying, it could possibly be a migrane. In which case, you need to find a way to prove you aren't feeling well.

It could be a tension headache from stress and frustration and your body is trying to get back into the schedule of waking up for school, concentrating etc. I know exactly how you feel and it may be because you are a bit paranoid/stress of school or worrying about the next few days. If you really can't go to sleep then you may want to try some sleep aid, but idk first thing to do is find out if you are stressed or worrying too much and well if it is a tension headache then there is not much to do but just lay down and rest and take hot baths to help relieve the tension and get a warm cloth/pad and put it under your neck to try to help.

I think it could be a tension headache. Though, the only thing that I haven't been is worried or stressed ...I was actually excited for starting school. But I have been having trouble getting back into swing with everything.

 

I've told my dad instead and he said mostly what Cricket said...so I'll try to do that. My mom has been under a lot of stress so that why she wasn't really listening to me.

 

I've also been feeling light headed and nausea.

I can relate to the endless hours of tossing and turning mate. Headaches are spawned from such nuisances. But you should be like me, and simply live with the pain. You don't get used to it, but oh well.
