Just got both Limit Form and Master Form and can't level them up yet? I'm thinking if my drive guage were to increase to 5 then I would be able to level them up? Is that right?

you can't level them up at all? like they're still level 1? Or are they at the level cap?

Are you sure you're getting the right EXP?

Not sure if this is true or not, but I think you can't get exp for drive forms if you have exp zero on. If you don't have it on, then just do what the other guys are telling you to try. Can't help you much there.

It's not true. Even playing on LV1 still allows you to gain EXP for Drive Forms as normal. :)Peace!

Well do you know how to level up each of the forms? Because Limit and Master form use rather unique ways to level up, although to have been using them that long and have not leveled them up yet does seem a bit strange...

In Master Form you level it up by collecting a lot of drive orbs then in Limit Form, go to Agraba and go to mushroom number 5 then you must have fire blizzard thunder reflect cure or other magic spells in your short cuts. Then limit form then attack mushroom number 5 by executing all the limit forms abilities through the short cut your magic turns to abilities for Limit form. And also remember to equip Ether too to replenish your MP gauge after time runs put.

I have ever watched Cyberman65's (One of Youtube user) video about KH II FM, and I admit that he's the best at playing KH~ I have tried his method and it suits well for me. if you want to level up your each forms, I can share some tips, based from the cyberman65's video about Drive Form Level Up, first of all I'm sorry if the language is bad :')

 

 

 

Limit form (SorRik has posted above me)  :

1. Go to Agrabah, after Chamber of trials, enter the treasure room, there's Mushroom no.5.

2. Put Ether on Shortcut and transform to Limit form. (ether is really useful here)

3. Begin the challenge and Use the command of Limit Form (Ars Arcanum, sonic blade (If I'm right about this), etc) several times until you get level up.

4.Don't forget to use ether if you run out of MP bar.

5. In case your drive bar is running out, you can use Drive Recovery or you can exit the world, and return again to chamber of trials.

6. Do this until you get max level, Oh yes, Keep your eyes on EXP. Sometimes, you need to level up Sora first to get max gauge. I mean, in case your level form is 5, and the exp to  level 6 is 0, it means your drive gauge is not enough to do longer transformation and do level up. (Steven Drake has mentioned this)

 

Master Form:

1. Go to Halloween Town, and choose Yuletide Hill.

2. Just for info, Master Form can be leveled up by consume drive orb.

3. Transform to master form, and if you notice there's merry go round, spin merry go round with Heartless surrounding you, it'll drop lot of Drive Orbs.

4. Do this several times until you get level up.

5. In case your drive bar is running out, you can exit the world and back to yuletide hill once again or use drive recovery.
