I am. Almost done with Playthroughs 2 actually - it's episodic so only 3 of 5 episodes are released. I've done some things in 2 I'm glad of whew.Try the game it's amazing!

Hey, if you all are okay with it, I would fully support these pairings as well, especially TerraxAqua. : D  They are my favorite in the KH series and I see so much potential for it.

Welp, it is never said, it's at LEAST over 50, as she Fran left her home village 50 years before the First game started. Vierra live... a VERY long time. So 50 is probably about 20 something in human years.When Vaan asked how old she was, everyone shunned him to the back of the group.

Ah, I see.  So she's a Vierra . . . that makes sense now that I think about it.  I intend to play all of the Final Fantasy games one day, but as of now I've yet to play very much of XII.  I had a hard time getting past the opening hours.  Would you say that you liked IX or XII better?  Or, heck, which Final Fantasy games are your favorite?  I'm very interested to hear this. : )

Ah! I'm glad you asked.Final Fantasy IX is, by far, my favorite Final Fantasy game. I love the story, probably the best FF game in terms of Character Development. Vivi is my favorite character, haha!Final Fantasy XIII... I like it, and I don't know why. I enjoyed playing it and almost cried at the ending (I really don't know why though) XIII-2... Meh, it was okay. Lightning Returns was pretty good too, but it's not like the others in the series. It's my favorite out of the three.Final Fantasy X is good, not as bad as people like to say it is. X-2, however... that depends on what you like, haha.Final Fantasy VI is pretty great. If I was to be asked what game I think defines Final Fantasy, I'd refer them to this one.Final Fantasy VII is another great one. I think a lot of people like it for good reasons, but I feel like the title 'Best FF Game' should go to IX.Final Fantasy XII... it's pretty fun. Story is... em... Well, It's not bad, there's enough to keep you going, but it feels like it ended too quickly. It gets pretty good near the end. Excellent choices here!  A good number of these are my favorites as well, especially VI and VII.  I loved X as well, though I really could *not* stand X-2.  To each their own, but, eh . . . yeah.  Depends on what you like for sure, and even then . . . !  : P

 

My little sister loves IX, though I've yet to play it myself beyond the opening.  I really want to at some point, however.  So far I've played a little bit of I, III, IX, and XII (I need to go back to these), over half of X-2 before being unable to take anymore punishment, and completed IV, VI, VII, X, XIII, and XIII-2.  My spouse completed Lightning Returns so I got to watch a good majority of it, but really haven't played much of it myself.

I feel like we're going to get along fantastically!I hope one day you're able to give IX a good play! It's really one of the games I enjoy the most. The beginning is meh... but that's mostly because I've played through it so many times It's definitely not a bad beginning at all, I'd say one of FF's better beginnings.

It seems like we already are getting along terrifically, if I do say so myself. : )

 

I'll have to download it on the PSN next.  I just bought V yesterday so, yeah . . . best get started and play that first. : P  As for the beginning of IX, I actually didn't think it was bad at all.  I mean, sure it was a little slow, but that is to be expected in almost any RPG, especially the good ones that prolong an interesting story to the very end.

No problem.  I'll see if I can give a quick recap:

 

Ultimecia went to the diner to pay a visit to Eclair/Lumina and had great interest in Lukas/Roxas before storming out.  Currently Lukas and Flint/Riku are still in the diner talking amongst themselves.  Zidane/Zach walked Aeria to the Gamestop, before leaving her there to meet the store manager Alex/Zack Fair.  Zidane/Zach is now in the hotel speaking with Amber/Yuffie.

 

Vanitas/Maverick is still surrounded by Reno and Rude, the two "cops."  Reno just announced himself an officer and flashed an ID at Vanitas, so there is a chance that it could be real.  They're inquiring about Ventus and claim that he's going to destroy their happiness.  Furthermore, Rude noticed something behind them (ie Lightning/Elysia), but he's not sure who or what it is.

 

Terrence/Terra and Aron/Auron were in the street when suddenly they were attacked by abnormal wolves.  Terrence shot one, which turned into Cloud.  They're still in the street, only a couple of blocks from Reno, Rude, Maverick, and Elysia.

 

Kievan/Kefka and Sid/Balthier just arrived on the beach and discovered a Magitek Armor suit from Final Fantasy VI, somehow transported to this world with the curse.

 

Pretty much everyone else is at Rachel's apartment for the charity gathering.  The founder of Hearts 4 Souls, Iris/Aerith, gave a long speech and introduced the main problem at hand: a comatose kid named Trent Malone (Ventus) missing from the group home, and introduced a boy new to Destiny Beach named Sora.  Sora claims to have escaped from a witch's tower and there he met Lumina and Ultimecia.  He further proceeded to say that Maverick Vane and Trent Malone are being hunted by Ultimecia as well.  Iris/Aerith is wanting to keep the case quiet from the police and FBI for the safety of the boy, asking if the group could take turns sharing their homes with Sora until the mess got straightened out.

I get pretty lost myself sometimes. It's kinda hard to keep up in the posts sometimes especially when it comes to characters what my characters isn't interacting with at the time.

Actually, the reason the wolves went after Aron and not Terrence was mostly because I thought Terrence was in the car at the time and Aron was outside of it.  Now they're just going after whatever they can wrap their claws and fangs around, including windshield wipers. : P  I like the idea of intelligent wolves, however!

I'm trying to decide who Sora should stay with first, and was thinking to do a random drawing on who he should stay with based on the volunteers.  Does everyone favor this, or should I choose based on what seems like a good fit?
