With what some people have said of it...I'm getting worried that it might not be as good as promised...I mean, with these people saying that it may be as bad as XIII, and with people saying that Tabata isn't in a good position, I'm scared.

Well I admit I was exaggerating  a bit and it's my fault cuz to be honest FFXIII is faaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaar better than Boom or 06....does it make it a good game?Hell no

Btw I never liked the FF fanbase to begin with, wanna know why?three years ago one of them sent me a death threat on my facebook page because I said I thought XIII-2 was a good game

Woah.

Musta been some crappy forum.

Trolls evereywhere

that's not really a good policy

if you play it yourself, sure you form your own opinion, but if it's a negative one you just wasted 60 bucks

by listening to what other people say, you can save yourself from bad purchasing decisions

So if "some" people say it "might" be as "bad" as XIII, does that mean I shouldn't buy it? Sure you can save money, but you shouldn't trust others to make decisions for you. So you don't want to hash $60 for a game you might not like. OK, fair enough. However, you should borrow it from a friend or at least watch some gameplay on Youtube or something. There are a lot of trolls and pessimists out there who will bash anything under the sun. Seeing/Feeling is better than hearing.

erring on the side of cynicism is a lot safer than blind optimism

You're scared just 'cause some people said the demo was bad?  Have you not seen it/played it?

They accomplished the one thing that all other FFs have always failed to do: make Ramuh cool.

They did it, and they did it well.

P.S: FFVIII was a hot mess.

Lol no. FFVIII is the third best selling numbered FF in the series. It was amazing.

ly bad

if sales determine quality, ff13 is one of the best FF games ever made

I thought everyone is saying that in this thread.

well that's silly

some of the lower selling FFs are hands down the best ones, namely IX and VI

IX is the highest scored FF for a reason

I'll always say that FFVII, VIII and IX are the best for me.

Still got more hours on the FFXV demo than any FF game to date...

...Except Crisis Core. That was magic.
