well i never heard of the king so i think it was because they couldnt make a battle with it

Just gonna post here to answer your question; its an unused form of Xemnas. It was most likely removed because they didn't think it would work in the final product and it would be extremely difficult to find an efficient form of battle for it.

awww i wish that was in the game it looks cool to fight....

they probably were... short on time or liked the dragon better or couldn't find a good way to fight it in the game or some other reasons....

Oh yeah, that thing rocks! But I'm with Emo, there's NO WAY I can think of to fight it.
