The character design looks great maybe I'll try this series as well.

For what system?

Not announced yet. Likely Vita.

Misleading topic name much?

This isn't a new Mana game, it's a collaboration event running from today until the 9th July. The collaboration is basically putting characters from Final Fantasy Adventure (which was the first game in the Mana series) into Rise of Mana for a brief period.

Unless they are making a new Final Fantasy Adventure or something then clearly I'm missing something. It looks like it is for mobile any ways.

At the end of the collaboration trailer, there’s a message with a Final Fantasy Adventure logo and a message that reads “production confirmed”.

In addition, Siliconera and Gematsu are both also reporting this.
