When Xehanort the apprentice became stabbed himself,this means Master Xehanort became a heartless,later his heart flew freely using the brown cloak(who time traveled let's not forget) then later became Ansem Seeker of Darkness.Which means Master Xehanort and Ansem SoD are essentially the same exact person heck they even wear the same clothes except Ansem SoD's is unzipped and has a heartless emblem.

 

So if Master Xehanort,who became Ansem SoD,used his floating heart to time travel and grant his young self the ability to time travel,and then came back and got destroyed and got back to his old body again then..........HOW THE firetruck DO BOTH OF HIS INCARNATIONS(Old Xehanort and his heartless) MANAGED TO EXIST IN DDD IF THEY SHARE THE SAME HEART?At least I can get it with Xemnas since that's essentially the body of apprentice Xehanort a.k.a the body of Terra,but since Ansem SoD's time travel shenanigans meant there can only be one Ansem SoD during his travel through the space-time continium cuz that's Master Xehanort's hearts floating....then wouldn't that mean he's now just a pure-blood heartless which would mean he wouldn't be able to maintain his human form if Master Xehanort got his heart back due to Ansem SoD's destruction so how in the world did both Master Xehanort and Ansem SoD managed to co-exist in the same timeline without causing a time paradox if Master Xehanort is instigating all this time-travel action as his heartless Ansem SoD and....OH MY GOD I HATE TIME TRAVEL SO MUCH MY HEAD HURT!

 

I think ansem seeker of darkness was able to use riku's body as a medium to make one for himself in the original kingdom hearts 1. I might be wrong on this next one but i think the reason why ansem SOD and xemnas are in KH DDD is because young xehanort had traveled through time to bring each incantation of xehanort (true organization XIII) to the world that never was during KH DDD.

It's the magic of Kingdom Hearts. Or Nomura didn't thought of it throughly when doing this time travel stuff.

because YMX dragged every nort with him through time basically. The Ansem SoD in DDD was the one from KH1 while possessing Riku's body.

But didn't they coexist under the rules of time-travelling ? They would just go back to their original forms in their respective time. I mean they had to . Both SoD and Master Xehanort .

Just as it says in the story, to transcend time one must “first” discard their body. As a result of the actions of the Robed Figure, they all were in a state where they had gained the power to transcend time. The Robed Figure explains these facts. The thirteen were summoned at the same time, this time thanks to the Young Xehanort who borrowed that power. However, apart from Young Xehanort, that does not mean that all the members left their own time.

Yes, it does turn out that way. However, as I said before, The World That Never Was–where the thirteen all met–is a special space. The mechanics behind how they were all able to exist at the same time is a mystery. From KH1 on, Ansem has returned no matter how many times he has been defeated, perhaps the same sort of thing happened.

• Xigbar and Saïx appeared as members of Organization XIII. Did they return as humans like Lea and the others?

The conditions of becoming a human have been met, so you’d think they had returned, wouldn’t you? For them to have been with Xehanort and the others, perhaps they were collected after they had become humans and before Lea and the others woke up. You could say the same for the members of Organization XIII that didn’t appear in this title, however… I’d rather everyone use their imaginations.

• What about Xemnas and Ansem, essentially they weren’t inside anyone, was it due to circumstances of the Sleeping Worlds?

First off, when Young Xehanort made contact with the Robed Figure–that is to say, the Xehanort who called himself Ansem–his abilities were transferred to him. As a result of Master Xehanort tossing his physical body away, he was able to transcend time, and this power was carried into the Robed Figure. Thus when Young Xehanort made contact with him, he gained this power. Possessing this power, Young Xehanort functioned as a “Portal” which summoned Xemnas and Ansem each time they appeared. That’s why Young Xehanort was there whenever they were. Additionally, when Sora and Riku dropped into the Sleeping Worlds, simultaneously Young Xehanort himself goes into the worlds of sleep.

Vanitas is different than Xemnas and Ansem; he doesn’t necessarily have a physical form. He reacted to Ventus within Sora, so that’s how he was visible.
