So I've been thinking, and I know that there is alot of fans out there than would want to play Final Fantasy 15 and have been waiting along time for it's release, and now that we know that it'll be coming out sometime next year I got to thinking that Kingdom Hearts 3 could also get released next year too.

 

Why do I say this?

 

First off like all companies they LOVE money, and what better way of getting tons of money by releasing two of the biggest titles for the company in the same year? I mean we all know that KH3 and FFXV have been moving along great and haven't had any problems with development. Also why would Nomura say he has a release date in mind already? seems kind of fishy to me, it's like he's trying to say that the game will be out next year.

 

So my guess's are

 

Final Fantasy 15 probably come out in 2016 around the time it was announced back in 2006

 

Kingdom Hearts 3 probably around Christmas time since we all know that Holiday's are big for gamers and I kind of believe that calander that was shown in the E3 trailer was hinting at it's release cause we know that Sqaure Enix's can be trolls at times .

 

So what do you guys think? do you think KH3 will be out late next year?

I certainly believe it is coming next year, and like you mentioned, probably around Christmas, though I hope for a Summer release. We should get a release date pretty darn soon.

Sora96 is probably the one that could best answer this question here. ; )  I'm guessing that the game will likely come out next year as well, especially with as far along as it's come in development.  Exciting stuff, and now I just need to get a PS4 or XBox One to play it. : P

Yeah. Once Uncharted 4 and Kingdom Hearts 3 are out, my PS4 will have been a worthy purchase. For me, it has been quite dry.

Given the sudden influx of information Square's given us, I can't really disagree.

The game better get released next year.

I sure hope so, and with the amount of information we already got at E3 and will get at the D23 in Anaheim and in Japan I think a 2016 release is realistic.

The fact that people are actually agreeing on 2016 being a possible release year is both exciting and frightening at the same time. I don't really want to get my hopes up. KH3 has been in development for some time now....but it will probably be a pretty massive game with a lot of stuff in it. It's expected to surpass KH1 and KH2 story-wise, graphically (of course) but also content-wise.

 

Getting a release date is good, though. I'm just not convinced that it will be 2016.

At first I thought it was gonna be 2015, but now I know that's not going to happen.

Winter, possibly December 2016 or July 2017 sounds reasonable.

It's definitely coming out after FF15, so I hope 2016, but I expect 2017.

not sure,but it seems like they already are close to completing some of the worlds that we've seen in the e3 trailer.

I agree with the winter 2016 release

it will definitely be a smart choice considering how big games go during Christmas shopping!

See it's not uncommon for it to happen, oh man I hope at D23 in Japan we get a release month or window like 2016 OR JUST ANYTHING!

They're not the same animal... FFXV and KH3 are two of the biggest games Square has ever released... KH2 and FFXII aren't as rare.

They're both main titles in two of Square's flagship series, and neither dented the sales of the other. For all we know, they could release at opposite ends of the year.

 

Also, Japanese release dates for KH games are not announced until around 3-4 months before physical release. (In fact, DDDs Japanese release date was not even confirmed until 2 months before it got released in Japan) If we do indeed get a release date at D23 at Tokyo in November, then we could (don't want to get anyone's hopes up!) get the game as early as February next year.

I'm going to agree with Roxasman. Unless FFXV releases early 2016 (which it won't), KH3 will most likely be released sometime 2017. It would be foolish for Square Enix to release the game around the same time as FFXV.

Not a chance. There is absolutely no way that Square Enix will release both of their most anticipated titles within the same year (FFXV and KH3). I would say 2017 is a likely year for KH3 since 2016 is all about FFXV and Final Fantasy. Of course i could be wrong and Square could release both games within the same year but this is highly unlikely

okay but nomura already we got to get a kh game each year and he been right so far so unless they annoue something for next year then it going yo be kh3
