After seeing the blue Keyblade transform into twin shooters and then a cannon looking weapon, it got me thinking: do all Keyblades have a base and final transformation in a combo? If they do, then what would the base transformation of "God of Olympus" Keyblade (self-dubbed) be? The Pegasus drawn Chariot looks a bit too powerful and extravagant to be just a base transformation, so I believe that it's the final transformation of its combo. As for a base transformation, it could be a shield of sorts, and I only believe that to be a possibility because of how the Keyblade transforms into the Chariot (I'll show a pic below). What do you think could be a base transformation for this Keyblade? Do you think each Keyblade will even have multiple transformations or will only some have more than one?

The shield concept would be super cool for things like the Sora, Donald, and Goofy using the charge attack against all those heartless in the mount olympus world from the trailer.  Cool idea!

That's an interesting pic you got there! It could very well mean that the Chariot might have a Transformation preceding it! And on the subject of Keyblade Transformations, I think I remember reading that Nomura said that each Keyblade's transformation has different phases, so your theory could be on to something! Just think of all the possibilities Keyblade transformations hold!

Actually the blue keyblade has three transformations. If you slow the trailer in the part when Sora uses Blizzard and quickly transforms his keyblade after jumping,

you'll notice it becomes twin crossbows instead of twin shooters. I don't know whether it's something specific to these kinds of moves, but if we assume it's not, then for the Olympus keyblade we have the chariot, the shield and the thing that looks like Berserker's claymore (which hits the heartless when Sora begins the transformation).

Ah yeah, I totally forgot about the twin crossbows. Actually when looking at some pics from the trailer, I noticed that in the base form, one is a shooter and they other is a crossbow. When he's shooting at the heartless though, they're both shooters and when leaps off the blizzard they're both crossbows. 

 

You can see that he's holding a shooter in the right hand and a crossbow in his left.

I can't find a picture of the Twin Crossbows but you can see them in a lot of trailer analysis'. Point is, I think we're in for a bigger treat with the transformations than we thought!
