As a Nobody, you were doomed to disappear. The thing is however, what happens when you do? When a Nobody disappears, they don't just disappear. Their soul goes somewhere else. Into another life.
This other life takes place in the city of Reo. Here you have no memories of your past life. What you do have however, is a chance to begin anew. You will live a normal life... That is, until you encounter the Stalkers.
Stalkers are evil beings; they are dark creatures whose sole purpose is tracking down Nobodies in their new lives in Reo to steal their souls. When a Stalker is nearby, the area will turn dark and foggy. The area will also turn very cold, and goosebumps will appear on the skin. After your first encounter with a Stalker, you get a small glimpse in the form of a small vision of your former life. Questioning your life and your existence, what will you do?
There are two different types of Stalkers;
Phantoms-
Dark ghost beings who hunt Nobodies down to take their souls. They have the ability to mimic the sounds of others to try and deceive their prey.
Hell Hounds-
Invisible vicious dog like creatures who hunt Nobodies down using their superior sense of smell. They eat the souls they capture.

After you encounter a Stalker once, you will get a glimpse of your past.
