September 2, 201510 yr I agree with Nick Sideris. Go out and have a walk. If there is a park , just sit down and take in some fresh air . Another thing I do is listen to some calm music , I generally listen to video game music to calm down . Or you can play some video games , that's another option. September 2, 201510 yr Here's 5 easy steps to become unstressed: STEP 1: Look at Veemon and know that everything will be fine. Who could possibly frown when they look at this guy's smile? STEP 2: Don't always keep on working. It will build up stress if you do! Trust me on this one! STEP 3: Take a break from electronics. Don't play videogames to relief stress! It is said that over 90% of the world who uses electronics tend to get a lot of stress. (Note your fellow members as they get upset too.) STEP 4: Drink plenty of Water! Get the freshest water you can find, don't waste a single drop. If you do, that is fine, but don't ever go about your day without drinking WATER. I repeat, WATER, Not milk, soda, or coffee, WATER. STEP 5: Get out there, and get some exercise. Walk, jog, lift weights, whatever, but it has to be active in some way. It is known that your mood increases when you exercise daily. And you'll be able to help tone your body to a more suitable posture by doing so. I'm not going to exclude myself from this, I'm in a similar situation. Well, hope this helps! September 2, 201510 yr If your a very focused then I'd suggest meditation, but that doesn't work for everyone. Find something you love to do, and spend sometime doing that. You'll find the stress just washes right out of you.
September 2, 201510 yr Many, many ways. In my opinion, the best way is exercise. Walking can do it, but it helps when it doesn't feel like exercise to do it. Find something you enjoy doing, for myself it's martial arts, in example. There is always playing a very hard video game that your good at. Stress is one part frustration two parts anger. Gaming works well with that, much like martial arts/exercise. Just make sure it's challenging but not something you struggle with. You can divulge what stresses you to someone you know. Tea helps calm the nerves. Find someone you like to be around and just chill with them for a bit. Read. Learn a new skill/preform a skill that requires some form of effort (preferably something you can do that either causes minimal or great effort, minimal if you just want to be peaceful and get a little something done or great exams ting you and letting you sleep, rest helps with frustration) Meditate. I do this, a nice set of very lightly scented candles or regular will do, just lying and staring up to the roof/sky. Just think about whatever, it helps.
September 2, 201510 yr I think it really depends on why you're stressed. People can get stressed out for different reasons, and thus I find that different things work depending on the source of the stress. For myself, life's problems are what stresses me out, so trying to distract myself from said problems does a world of good. Funnily enough, I find exercise to be a stressor unless it's something I really enjoy doing such as going for a nature walk. Try to do things that you ultimately enjoy, or think about things that you're looking forward to. Another thing that I would suggest would be to perhaps write down the things you're stressed about in a notepad or journal. Getting your thoughts out on paper really does help, especially if you're stressed about a situation or a long list of things to do. If it is stress from duties, writing it all down can alleviate your mind and make it possible to stop thinking about these things constantly, because they're sitting there on paper ready for you to resume them whenever you find the time or need. As others suggested, relaxing music is good, and I can't emphasize enough that eating properly (like healthy foods, not sugar, stimulants, and definitely not junk), drinking LOTS of water, and going for walks helps a lot. Sunshine makes a person feel better, and getting proper nutrients really affects the mind and mood. It sounds silly but it really does work to an extent. Of course it's not a miracle cure or anything, but every bit helps, eh? : ) Good luck! Edited September 2, 201510 yr by Mystics Apprentice
September 2, 201510 yr Just relax and do something that you like to do. For example, walking around the neighborhood or just play some games.
