Did you get out of the app and relaunch? If not, try that. If so, you know that box on the top right? Try confirming through that and installing the update then play. If all else fails, dunno man...

I'm just gonna have to face the fact that I'll never be able to play a KH game anymore...WELP IT WORKS NOW

Thought I'd create a topic so people can give some tips on the game. This would also be really helpful for people trying out the Japanese version, and would carry over to the inevitable English version.

 

I'm not very far in the game (and I can only recognise writing in Katakana), so the only advice I can give for slow/bad connections is to play during night time in Japan. You can go here for the time. Maybe the slow connections were from people jumping on right after today's/yesterday's maintenance, so this might not apply otherwise.

i cant get the app to work on any android emulator it dowloads but it wont start any help whould be nice

I'm having a problem with KHUx.

For some reason I can't get passed that 3/3 downloading thing.

I've read that this has something to do with my internal storage so

my question is: how much internal space do I actually need?

All I can get is ~300mb (of a max of 420mb). Am I not able to play KHUx?

Can not speak japanese, but can phonetically read the simple stuff. Says something about files and your device, im guessing you either dont have enough storage space, or it encountered an error when downloading. Try again, and make sure you have adleast 800mb free

KH13 will have a topic on these guides soon. But for now I can assist on medals.

 

• Go to the menu bar with all the cool tabs like "HOME" and stuff. 
• Go to the tab with the Keyblade symbol on it
• When the screen appears, you will have your medals on the side shown. Click one of the medals shown in the slots.
• When the medal screen appears, click the left "red" button on the bottom of that medal screen.
• When you reach the screen where it has five open slots, if you have a free medal to use that isn't in your medal deck, then either drag it over to one of the open slots or click that mini orange button below the slots (there is two orange buttons, click the one on top of the bottom one) 
• After having medals being put into those slots, click the red button on the low left corner.

Hey there! So I found out how to obtain medals which help you evolve your medals to higher ranks as well as gaining materials needed to power up your keyblades. The first step is to tap the little orange button that has two stars on it on the mission select screen. (As shown in image 1)

 

Then, tap one of the three buttons. Each of these buttons are described as shown:

[Top] Gain medals which help EVOLVE your battle medals.

[Mid] Gain medals which increase MAX LEVEL for your medals. There is a catch though: It's extremely challenging, so you will have to hold off on this until you get stronger along with more Max AP.

[Low] Gain resources that help you power up your keyblade, such as Water Bottles, Gold Ore, etc.

 

You can see the menus and a sneak preview of what to expect in one of these special missions.

Yes you can! Jewels is like stuff you use for maxing your Keyblade out per mission. In order to get medals with them, go to the "Menu" bar and then click the tab second to last on the list. A screen comes up with something like "3000" "300" and "90". I'd choose between 3000 and 300 since they give you silver or higher rarity medals, with strong stats. 90 I believe uses a different system rather than jewels. Assuming you don't have 3000 jewels, I'd go for the 300. Click 300 and confirm, and wala you have a silver or gold medal.

Yes, you can. The game however has had some server issues so when its 100% fixed, KH13 will post a guide on how to link your KHx account with KHUX.
