Nomura has stated that the traditional party system will return for Kingdom Hearts III (similar to the Kingdom Hearts and Kingdom Hearts II party systems).

Nomura has also said that non-party members will join in your battles as well (think Hercules for sections of the Olympus Coliseum and the Final Fantasy characters during the Battle for Hollow Bastion, both in KHII).

So, keeping all of this in mind, how do you think the Big Hero 6 world will work? The entire team is battle ready, but I wouldn't say any one of them was more important than the others. Hiro is kind of the "leader", but he doesn't have as many battle-related skills as the others. It could be Baymax, but he takes most of his ques from Hiro.

I'm sure you'll get to fight alongside the whole team (it would be a missed opportunity if you didn't), but I was just wondering what the community thought.

I think it will just be Baymax. Yes, Hiro did have some sense of control over Baymax, but perhaps Hiro will entrust Sora with Baymax to command for himself. That, or Nomura is sort of twisting his words. Yes, the traditional party system will be in-tact, but that wording could just be to clarify that it won't be like BBS or DDD. In that case, we could potentially see more than one party member per world. I honestly think the Tangled world would be awkward without having Rapunzel AND Flynn with you, just like I think it would be weird without the whole BH6 team. In short, who knows? lol

I have a feeling that there will be a huge fight against baymax and all the team will take part in separate parts of the battle just you could fight with all of them. But ultimately I think Hiro and Baymax will be your primary teammates

Oh man, it'd be so badass if the whole team fought alongside Sora, Donald and Goofy!  I could definitely see that happening, and you could perform different attacks with the members of Hiro's team!  Gahhh, I can't wait to see how Sora, Donald and Goofy will interact with Hiro and friends! :D

I feel like Hiro and Baymax will either be a combo or if Baymax is in your party it is because you are flying on his back.

The Thing is that Baymax has to follow Hiro, he is focused on being Hiro's surrogate brother. So its going to be a mix of both of them.

I wanted the entire Big Hero 6 as a summon. Using each individual team member to represent each Drive form (though im pretty sure that wont happen)

With the game being developed for both the PS4 and Xbox One, anything could happen. Worlds are bigger. Maybe the party will be a bit larger than before (maybe some inspiration from FFXV with a team of four or something). But that's just my guess... :P

Hiro's power is controlling The Microbots. Now that Professor Callaghan is no longer in possession of them: Hiro can use his Microbots.

That was his power in Disney Infinity.

As far as party members, Kingdom Hearts 3 is two consoles ahead of Kingdom Hearts 2, so, we shouldn't be limited to having "one party member".

I suggest that we have an event in which we switch from one Big Hero 6 member to another in order to go against the corrupted Baymax.

It's probably gonna be just Baymax .

In the end, its going to go down for Hiro. He will decide, who goes where. After all he is the leader of the Big Hero 6

Perhaps it would work in a similar system like we had in the battle of hollow bastoon, where we fought different sections of the battle with different final fantasy characters, so perhaps split the fight into areas where you fight with each individual member of the bh6 team?
