So lately I've been having these wild nightmares and I'm not really sure what to do about it. I don't remember a whole lot of them but I wake up with my heart pounding every morning. Not to long ago I was at summer camp and two of us slept in the same bed and I woke her up by kicking her then she heard me say some along the lines of this "Get away from me!....Go away!...F*** OFF!!!!!!" and that's when I punched her in the face. When I'm sleeping with a soft person next to me I wake up with cuts and bruises all over my body. (shudders) it's really starting to scare me...

I don't really know tho. When I have nightmares, I never wake up screaming or anything. It's really weird.

Yeah, me neither. If I have a nightmare I usually just wake up afraid, never saying anything or kicking. But maybe you should see a doctor? Sometimes it means something if weird stuff like that starts happening.

When I have nightmares,I would not wake up until my heart aches.It's pretty scary.And don't worry,I 'm sure that they'll go away at sometime.You can also pray,that works too.

I'm not trying to be rude in any way but praying isn't really my thing... I'm not into the whole religion thing... sorry if I offened any one

Wait, you wake up with bruises and scratches when someone is sleeping next to you?? <- Confused by what you said, but hmm maybe try to relax yourself before you go to sleep you know just to get any heavy thoughts or worries off your mind. You may have some built up stress or something, go running or just do something that will help you release some frustration. I hope it gets better...

I haven't gotten a legit nightmare in over 7 years.

 

Of course now when I go to sleep I'm going to get one.

Hmm, if their getting worse then there must be an obvious problem. Is it the same dream or a variation of it every time? If it's not the same thing it's probably your mind running wild and giving you gruesome images as a reaction to the originals.

 

If all the dreams are similar, then it could mean something.

creepie...i sometimes wake up crying saying thank goodness it was just a dream.because....well...random random reasons.

I have nightmares every 7-8 months but never that bad. The worst one I ever had was really bad and I had to go to hospital cause I coudn't sleep after that, and the werid thing is I can't for the help of me remember that dream.

Nightmares liek dreams in REM sleep our jsut a mental out put of what you saw caused by negativty. for insistant say you wathched a tv show with a man in a mask that kills lots of teenagers with Red and blonde hair. More likely you'll have a herndious nightmare of negative input form your subconiosuness. So when talkign happends its what soem peopel called a (i;m not kidding and for all you KH Fans out thire.) a "Deep Dive". think of it as uncondiously of your soul. in more english terms. Something is scaring either you and you shove it off to represt it. or soemthing Typical is taking place or you one day saw somthing that freaked you out on tv iits manifesting itself as this...well ngihtmare. so your going throguth a "Deep Dive" of some sort. hope any of this helps yall.

Whoa. I get crazy dreams too and wake up with cuts but I sleep alone O.O when I get the cuts and scratches, usually dream about a guy with red eyes, but I can never see his face clearly, just the glowing red eyes.

Some times sweets csn cause nitemares, so lay off the twinkies.

sweets fddo happend, soudns like your having a agro-mare VenRoxSH. sometimes also called "possioned" or "ghost R@&3" and "NoESS-Nigtmare On Elm Street Syndrome"

 

Its when you go into a deeper "deep dive" and useally your body can inflict pain on itself. sometimes when people get

wet dreams,and wake up they have marks all over their body. this is the "intesety" of the mind in itself pullign an "overtime."

It's typical for that to happend, these dreams of the red eyes and beign in darkness is the subconious taking on a famillery creative fear that you have. it can repdresnt fear of the dark,commint,school,frist kiss,etc. your conuousness and subconiousness are quite thread together. its a very interesting way of how they commuicate. also you can pull a "Freddy Kruger" on yourself. So somethign must be troubling you.
