Do you plan on pre-ordering Kingdom Hearts HD 2.8 Final Chapter Prologue?

Personally, I'm still waiting for a potential limited edition announcement like the KH2.5 collector's edition!

P.S. If you would like to pre-order the game, a few links to do so can be found here!

An updated and remastered version of a game that many people have actually mentioned they weren't able to play, a movie of content that has never been seen by anybody (and that most people are going to watch for free online anyway instead of paying for...), and brand new gameplay and content that you won't find anywhere else. I mean, if you don't think that's worth it, cool, but just because Square Enix offered us some sweet pricing on the previous ones doesn't mean that a standard, full-priced game here suddenly isn't worth the actual cost. It's not like the Atlus tax, anyway.

Okay, let me rephrase it to fit my own personal interests to explain why I'm not willing to pay $60 for it:

A remaster of a game that I bought 3 years ago at launch, and that supposedly might not even add anything new.

A movie based off of my least favorite entry in the entire series (And no, it's not just "the worst among many masterpieces." I couldn't stand Chi, and language barrier had nothing to do with it).

And a side story that's really just going to be a KHIII demo (Same engine, stated to have originally been planned to be KHIII content. Really no denying that it's a demo like the FFXV demo that was in Type-0 HD).

I'd be willing to pay $40 at most for all of this. 1.5 and 2.5 had more interesting content, and they were on the PS3.

I will more than likely pre-order, but I won't do it until I know a LE will or won't be happening.

I'm waiting for a limited edition too, and I'm hoping that the UK price is a direct conversion from the American one as that will make it around 30-40 quid. However I have a sneaky feeling that we'll get screwed over with the prices, as there have been a few games announced recently that have had a massive price hike for no good reason! And I can totally understand why people are saying it's expensive. If it was £60 in Britain I'd be waiting for a price drop too. As it stands I could probably afford it by the time it comes out as I don't plan to use up any of my wages between now and then(but I only get paid peanut s in the first place)

I don't even own a PS4 yet. Because of this game, I may have to buy one sooner than I thought.  :/Peace!

Yes, and I refuse to, I planned getting my PS4 later, so the price was relatively low, so I'm just not buying 2.8, I'm not spending countless euros to buy a PS4 (that will be at least 350 euros by the time 2.8 comes out) and KH2.8 (which  will be 60 euros too, just like in $).

Now, suppose I had the money to do that (or that I already had a PS4), I wouldn't preorder it, I don't think it's necessary, they do sell a lot of copies, I would surely be able to buy it. I honestly don't care about LE games (the only LE I'm hoping to see is a PS4 with KH3 stuff if there was a KH3 LE that includes a PS4, similar to the Game Boy LE of CoM).

You're right, it will be 60 pounds (and 60 euros in my case), that works like that, the number doesn't change (or at least it doesn't usually change).

I always think it's so damn pointless and annoying to price a game the same figure all across the West without accounting for exchange rates. It's common knowledge that a pound is worth around two dollars, so why do they do it! It's almost double! I'm still hoping we'd get a 40 pound/euro game but there's differences between the euro and the pound as well

Hell Yeah. 2 completely new chapters im playing that as soon as it drops

I...need to get a PS4 first.

Nah, I'll most likely buy it sometime after it's released. I'm still saving up for a PS4 (at a very slow pace mind you) so I don't count on being in the position to play the game until late 2016 at the very least :P

I would, but I hate pre-orders. And I probably still wont have my ps4 by the time it comes out, haha.
