That people think Sora will never be in Smash Bros while thinking Banjoe & a second Xenoblade rep is has better chance than Sora. But's that none of my business.  Posted Image

Ah, yes. Because a character with little to no impact in Nintendo's history has a better chance at getting in a Nintendo game than a character duo that Microsoft flat out said they'd be happy to work with Nintendo to get in Smash (Banjo/Kazooie), and a first party Nintendo character (Xenoblade). Makes complete sense.

Well, that should count, but as we've seen, Ryu got in, and he's not Nintendo exclusive, so it looks like they'll just put that one who gets voted the most (unless they've got to pay too much for copyright).

i love this sooooo much

Ryu's pretty much the face of fighting games, which is probably why he's in. Street Fighter was pretty big on the SNES, too.

Let's not forget Snake was in Brawl. Snake. From Metal Gear Solid.

Sakurai and Kojima are really close friends, which is why Snake was added in. Either way, he was cut from Smash 4. A lot of people say it's possibly because Sakurai realized he wasn't a good fit.

Well for one, Ryu got into Smash and he's not all that related to Nintendo. Also there are Kingdom Hearts games that have been on Nintendo consoles (mainly the handheld ones) like Kingdom Hearts Chain of Memories, Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days, Kingdom Hearts Re: Coded, and most recently Kingdom Hearts 3D: Dream Drop Distance. ANd if I remember correct Nintendo, themselves, stated that the Kingdom hearts games really helps Nintendo sell their systems which was why they asked Square-Enix to put KH3D onto the 3DS.

And let's not forget that the Metal Gear series started on a Nintendo console. And the fact that Kojima and and Sakurai are friends.
