"Jaymie!"

Jaymie Ray woke up with a start, sitting up and placing a hand on her helmet. She looked around and found herself in... A jungle. The jungles of Venus at that. But where the hell in Venus? Jaymie saw her Ghost, who was frantically flying around her in worry.

"Jaymie! Jaymie! Jay!" Spark said in worry, hovering in front of her face. "Are you okay? Are you hurt? I think we crashed the ship..." He stated. Jaymie looked behind her to see her prized ship, the "Challenger" wrecked to pieces. She instantly stood up and looked at the damage in grief.

"Oh my God NOOOOOOOOOOOOO!" Jaymie cried, looking at the remnants of her pride and joy. "My baby! My precious ship..."

Spark looked over to his Guardian. "I'm not precious...?"

Jaymie looked over to her Ghost. "You're precious but my ship is precious too! And now she's gone... Can you tell Cayde we crashed so he can send someone?"

Spark nodded. "Okay! Hm... I'm not getting any signal... I'm can't make any sort of communication with anyone."

Wing observed Spark and Otto's conversation about growing up and found it ironic. She chunkled a little. Sorraxe heard her chuckle and looked at her. He then tracked where she was looking. He silently motioned, with his head, for her to join in on the conversation with the other ghosts, but Wing shyly backed away. Sorraxe quickly pulled into the palms of both his hands. 

"There's no need to be shy." He whispered to her. Wing responded by just looking down into the palm of Sorraxe's right hand. Sorraxe then looked up when Alistair commented about not staying around and Yui chimming in. "I agree, but there should be more guardians if there are more that survived the crash." he said and looked up at the sky "I say that we should stay put and have the guardians come to us. We are a fairly large group right now. If we stay put, the other guardians should have an easier time tracking our light signature." he rebutted "Also, it seems to be getting dark."

"Or conversely, the Fallen or Vex could easily find us, surround us, and then take us down." Yui said. "Or we can find and destroy the jammer, so we can then contact the Vanguard and find out what's going on, as well as get back home. If there are other Guardians out here, they can survive until we reestablish a connection."

Excalibur-12 felt puzzled. Others seemed to have perceived what he said differently then he. If there was some sort of bug in his sensors, he could be a danger to the group.

"I would recommend waiting." He added in. "If we wait for further reinforcement, my Ghost should be able to ascertain the damage to my sensors I seem to be experiencing."

"Yes." Trinity said quickly, sounding a little relieved. "It shouldn't take long."

Sorraxe squinted his eyes as he calculated every angle of Yui's suggestion. He started to get the feeling that Yui was intentionally going against everything he was saying. Wing hovered out of his hands and Sorraxe began to pace. As he paced, he rubbed the small sratches around his neck as a way to concentrate. He then heard Excalibur's comment about wanting to wait too. He paced a little more and then stopped.

"I believe we should put it up to a vote." Sorraxe concluded "I still believe that we should wait because I don't don't want to test the night of this location. Plus, we don't know how heavily populated this area is".

Wing hovered close to him. "I agree" she said.

Sorraxe looked at her and smiled because he expected her to remain to herself. He then looked back at everybody. "I guess Excalibur and Trinity are in the same boat because they wants to do a system scan and repair." He said "Anybody else wanna wait?"

Spark would have frowned if he could have. He looked to Otto in small alarm.

"Acting like a baby? Well... I don't believe I act like a human baby..." He uttered worriedly, before he visibly shook at the sudden music. "O-Oh my... That's loud..."

Jaymie meanwhile absolutely loved the new music.

"Hell yeah this is my jam!" She cheered. She would have started to dance too, but Jaymie saw how serious everyone was and huffed. She crossed her arms.

"I agree with Sorraxe!" Jaymie called. Why did she agree? "Uh... Because know so we wont get lost." Honestly, it was because she didn't feel like walking. Suddenly however, there were low growls and rustling in the nearby bushes. Jaymie looked around. "Uh-oh..."

The moment the growls began, Otto dropped the music and quickly floated over to Alistair, who in return held him in his hands as it was the closest thing they could get to a hug. "D-Did you hear that?" Otto asked. "I think we all did. We stood around for too long." Alistair responded. "Now this ain't fair at all we totally should've ditched this mission for the Bunny Farm volunteer job!" Otto hummed, sounding rather upset at the fact they might have to fight. "Well, we either attack first or get attacked." Alistair said, holding his weapon as he began to aim at the bushes. "Hey careful where you're aiming that thing." Otto warned.

Yui aimed Bad Juju at the bushes saying "See, this is why we should've moved on by now.  For all we know, we could be surrounded by enemies."

Excalibur-12 had his rifle Hard Light out and pointed towards the source of the sound in an instant after the growl started. He took a second to make sure others were reacting to the sound. At least this was not a glitch.

"Such speculation does nothing but raise alarm, possibly undoly, Gaurdain Yui." He said in a calm, quite voice. "Guardian Sorraxe, if you would circle to the right, I will circle to the left. If the rest of the Guardians would keep their weapons ready, please."

Go ahead with his side of the purposes plan, Excalibur-12 started circling to the left of the sound, keeping a safe distance between himself and the bushes.

Sorraxe shoulders his shotgun and points it at the bush. He nods his head in understandance when Excalibur professes his plan. Wing hovers next to Sorraxe's head.

"I want you to perform a quick scan if we get close enough. An emphasis on quick. I just want a general idea of what it is before we blast it." Sorraxe whispers to Wing. Wing nods in understanding. "Also..." Sorraxe turns around and motions for Jaymie to take her gun out. He turns back around and begins to circle right, to follow Excalibur's plan.

Jaymie instantaneously drew out her gun. Some action? Hell yeah! She would've run right into the source of the rustling too if it wasn't for the other Guardians there.

"Awwwww yeah!" She cheered, taking a step forward with her weapon. Out of the bushes however, crawled a small blue and green wolf like creature. It was somewhat young, for it looked like a mature pup. On its back were zebra striped fins.

Spark hummed, going forward to look.

"Oh... It's a Venus Stripped Hound! It's a uh... Hound that has stripes on it. It's native to the Venus jungles and... Ooo! It has a piece of what looks to be Fallen technology in its mouth. It might lead us to a nearby Fallen hideout."

Jaymie sighed dissapointedly and lowered her weapon. "Awww I wanted to kill some alien pirates... But he does look cute~! Hey boyyyyyyy!" She cheered, holding her hand out. The Hound looked up to the Guardians curiously, and sniffed them as he held a broken piece of an attena in its mouth.

Excalibur-12 stopped his circling and relaxed his stance, though he kept his hands on his rifle.

"Be careful, Guardian Jaymie." The Exo warned. "As the creature is not domesticated, it may attack you. Please do not provoke it."

Trinity sighed and hovered closer to the hound to better scan the attena.

"Must have taken some Fallen troopers by surprise." The Ghost surmised. "Maybe if we can trace this hound's path to their bodies, we might find other goodies that could help us."

(I'm stuck waiting on Kunivas and Scrap sadly, unless they posted and I can't see them.)
