As you all might know, I am sensitive and act sensitive sometimes. I want to know how to stop it because sometimes I overeact to an opinion or a statement that is a fact if they say it in a way that sounds rude.

You understand my pain as well... Yes! Please, someone tell Luke and I what we should do.

think before you speak, basically. really think about what you're about to say and make sure it's worded how you want it before throwing it out there for everyone to see. When you're online, type what you want but then read it back to yourself aloud and see how it sounds. Usually if it's bad you'll hear it when it's coming from yourself.

Don't take things to Heart. Especially online. If you say something, or give an opinion, and someone else comes along and tells you that you are wrong,  take it as a tip and move on. If THEY are the ones who are wrong, agree to disagree and move on. If you find that you are a very sensitive person, never start debates, or arguments you aren't prepared to back up, or take a little harshness for. You'll just find yourself frustrated or hurt, and might in turn, say something you'll regret.

Also, be careful about assuming the other person's emotion. If someone online says something and you think they meant it in a hostile way, simply ask instead of assume. The context behind a typed message can be very difficult to really know sometimes, so be mindful of that before you respond cruelly.

Thanks guys! It's keep this in mind.
