    Aren't there like, elixirs in real life? Of course they don't heal you from your injuries but it's claimed that if you drink those you live longer. 

     

    It's what Elixirs in FF and KH are pretty much based off.

    Elixirs do exist in real life. I shalt borrow dictionary definition for it *ahem* 

    Elixir: Pharmacology. a sweetened, aromatic solution of alcohol and watercontaining, or used as a vehicle for, medicinal substances.

    Also in KH elixirs probly taste delicious since they heal you to full hp and mp :P

    I have been itching to find out what they taste like for myself. But according to the other responses, it sounds to me it's either Honey, Lemon, Caramel, or real medicine. I'm hoping it's one of the first three! :)
