Could We Get Kingdom Hearts III News This Month?

Posted

You're probably saying: "Dude, we probably won't get anything Kingdom Hearts related until E3 on June, why would you think we'd get any news sooner?"

Well, ladies and gents, I think that maybe we could get at least a tiny little glimpse at Kingdom Hearts III this month, due to the fact that from the 14th until the 18th of this month, the Game Developer's Conference will be held on San Francisco, California!  This event is where the biggest and brightest of the gaming industry gather to discuss the future of gaming, and there are sometimes big surprise reveals that are shown here!

My point?  Maybe, just maybe, we could get a small teaser for Kingdom Hearts III!  Something to wet our appetites until E3 comes around, ya know?

And also, this month happens to mark the 14th Anniversary of the Kingdom Hearts series, so we should get some news, right!?  RIGHT!? :

I don't think we will hear anything until after the FFXV release date event which is on March 30th. Maybe there could be a Noctis tease for KH3 at the FFXV event but I doubt they will heavily advertise KH3 this month. I expect some news at e3 this year, though.

It is a possibility of course, but with 2.8 and FFXV, the likelihood of KH3 is little to nothing. However, that said, the only thing we can do is wait. We shouldn't expect anything from this event, nothing has been promised from SE, so I don't anticipate a grain of information. I think we can truly expect information at E3, since that is when a product can be marketed - what with the big screen and all.

Ooh, a Noctis tease would be pretty cool! :3  But yeah, I also think we'll most likely get KHIII news on June, but hey, a guy can dream, right? X3

I'd spazz the firetruck out if they had a Noctis tease.

I'd be like

Lmao, that gif will never get old for me!  I just love how the guy reacts every time the Avatar shows up! xD

I wouldn't get my hopes up but you never know with square.

Indeed, they can be quite unpredictable! :3

That is true!  But hey, you never know, right?  But omg, E3!!!  It's still so far away!!! X_X

I... Doubt it. The next time we are likely to get information about KHIII is E3 which is in June.

True, but hey, if something was shown at GDC, that'd be quite surprising! :D

don't hold your breath unless you like being disapointed

Worry not, I hold no expectations.  Only assuming, so that way I won't be disappointed if nothing shows up, ya know? :3
