Nobuo is the OG of Final fantasy music, the man is a musical genius.IMO he's better than Shimomura, I don't think he gets enough credit.

There's no doubt that nobuo is a genius composer BUT I think Yoko style fits much better to Kingdom hearts

He's fantastic.

My personal favorite FF game is VIII.

No matter what goes wrong with Final Fantasy, Uematsu always delivers the goods.

I don't think he gets enough credit.

I personally think he gets more than he actually deserves.

That One Winged Angel though! If Sephiroth returns as a secret boss in III, I think this version of the song (or a remix by Yoko Shimomura) should be the battle theme! It would be pure perfection!

If Shimomura was to be video games Beethoven, then Uematsu would be video games Mozart

For OWA, I prefer the Dissidia version much more than the AC one.

He is my favorite composer when it comes to video games.

I'd say he DOES get credit where credit's due. It's just we haven't really heard much from him recently. Yoko still composing some nice ones that's been heard recently

IMHO, Yoko is better than Nobuo. I'm sorry but Yoko Shimomura is the melody of Kingdom Hearts, I'm down for some Nobuo tracks, however, if a track isn't composed by Shimomura: it sticks out like a sore thumb (case in point, that terrible boss theme against the Wargoyle in KH3D...
