No one can check until someone gets to that point, which won't happen for probably at least a week or two.

There is one person I saw on Twitter who was around level 50 and made it to quest 200! Unfortunately that's all the missions currently available, just those 200!

Yeah I've been playing pretty much nonstop since it released and I've only just returned to Dwarf Woodlands again. 

I can confirm that it stops at 200. Little to no story within all 200 chapters

Been through  all 200 available quests, and no one with that name crops up. The most we get is an abrupt meeting with your faction's Foreteller, and loads of Cirithy.
