All the foretellers are not reincarnations of current protagonists, or only a couple are, namely TAV.
Ephermera and Skuld are the past lives of Riku and Kairi, Or Sora and Kairi.
I would rather say Riku and Kairi though, since ''Sora not being, ever been special'' works with this, but then again, we don't know enough about Ephermera, and right now, and he does seem pretty ordinary, he wields a keyblade, but so did everyone at this time.
You might think Ephermera having silver hair works better for Riku, in Nomuras artwork of him however, he has a smaller ''cute'' face, like Soras, and Skluds face looks much like Kairi's. This could just be his art style, but in his final fantasy and other works it's clear he draws faces differently for each character, which makes me think it could be intentional. Is it his way of drawing young characters, or is he trying to tell us something? or am I looking to deep into it, who knows. Regardless, none of this actually helps or disregards the theory, because you do not need to look the same in a past life
This is true for the real life belief and the version present in fantasy tales
Take Adventure Time as an example:
This is Finn.
Finn is the hero of the story in AT and the main character, he's a young teenage boy. Later on in the series we find out in an episode that he had a number of past lives, one of his past lives was this:
Shoko, a girl with green skin, black hair, etc. She had similarities in her life and personality but appearance-wise looked nothing like Finn.
My point here is that appearance doesn't matter, not just to to the original concept, but in fantasy stories either.
It gives the creators an opportunity to make the character mysterious, as well. So, there's no reason, right now anyway, why they can't be the past lives of either Riku and Kairi, or Sora and Kairi. Plus, Nomura could make a connection to Xion this way, saying through the Kairi connection this is another reason xion has black hair, and not just flipped Kairi hair, like a mirror would do.You know how he loves dem retcons
What made me think of this theory? and like the original one? How is this even possible bruh?
Kairi's grandma says that when the world was lost to darkness, the light from the hearts of children rebuilt it. In other worlds, people themselves didn't survive, but their hearts did and became a part of the new world.
Here's my idea
