Possible, but, I don't see how this could occur if Terra and Aqua arrived by normal size.

Possible (if it was shown onscreen), in your theroy, Ventus mave have taken a drink from the SAME cup Gus stowed away in, in ''Cinderella'', and the contamination of the cup made Ventus half his size. And another Inquiry, how did Ventus land in the mouse trap? You think he was caught by Cinderella's stepfamily and she locked him in there?

I certianly think that it might have to sdo with maybe some actcidental magical mishap. Remember the fairy godmother shrunk Aqua. So maybe something must of triggered a serge for ventus,you also have to remember he was the first to arive maybe when he arive there he must of triggered a type of fail safe curse that protected terra and aqua,mosty cause of there high level of power,and that fact that Aqua is magical,and considered a master. its a fitting theory for sure I think. Look up the Castle of Dreams in his Journal and find a hint or clue as to why he got shrunk down to Arrietty Clock's size and present it a "Exhibit A" to this council.

the strategy guide, i don't actually own the game so i wouldn't know if it gives a reason for it in the journal, i might like to believe that it was just some strange comment made by the authors of the game, but i am not entirely sure as to how accurate the statement is
