The war of the gods.Fought valiantly by heroes of yore for eons, the battle between Cosmos, the Goddess of Harmony, and Chaos, the God of Discord, has left a world torn apart by conflict.And yet, even a tale like this had a beginning.The very first conflict of harmony and discord.------------The warriors had be summoned. The assembly stood before their goddess, in rapture of the beatiful maiden before them.A twinge of regret filled the goddess, and she looked away from her warriors. She was ashamed to have gathered them, to have them fight a war in her steed, and for what? She knew exactly what was to come from this war, and yet, she went along with it.However, the mighty dragon would not control her."My faithful warriors," she started, her voice soothing any who had noticed her conflict. "I do not wish this upon you. What I send you to do, I do not wish on any." A light began to emanate from Cosmos, which began to spread around the assembly. "However, there is hope." Each of the warriors felt a strange power surging within them, and the assembly looked again to their goddess. "I give each of you a special power. The power of the crystals. Stay true to your virtues in this conflict, and your crystals shall be manifested."She smiled, her plan already set in motion, as she finished her proclamation, "Go, my warriors. Let your light shine again in this world!"------------Chaos had already dismissed his warriors, only a few minutes after summoning them. He had told them only this;

"Do as you wish. Fight the warriors of Cosmos and claim victory over her. Only know this...Those who oppose me shall not prevail."The warriors of Chaos had gathered in the old Chaos Shrine, led by the knight Garland, a mighty warrior, the second in command of Chaos.Garland let out a mighty bellow, "Chaos has summoned us all to wage mighty war in his behalf! It is our duty to him that all of Cosmos' chosen fall by our might!"Those in assembly knew why Chaos had chosen them simply by looking at Garland and his massive sword.Chaos wanted the mighty, the strong, the fearless and the wicked to lead him to victory over the goddess. All they needed to do was defeat their enemy.

Johnny felt excited. He shouldn't have been, but he was. Moments ago, he was drifting through time and space, crossing various parts of the multiverse, trying to get home, but now...He was going to war.He, being at near the front of the assembly of heroes, called out to the rest after Cosmos had finished."Alright, everyone! Let's go on an adventure!"Some of the heroes had already begun to split into groups, and Johnny wandered through, looking for someone to team up with.------------Corrin was ashamed to be in the presence of Garland. He had traded his false father, a mad tyrant in Nohr, for another mad god seeking control of the world.Corrin began to walk away, out the doors of the Chaos Shrine."I went back to Nohr to stop the conflict, and here I am in another," Corrin said, adjusting his armor and equipment. "Why am I always in these scenarios?" He looked up to the world outside the shrine."I will not fight your war for you, Chaos."

Ace looked to Golbez not sure if he trusted the guy. "Ok i need intel. What are they planning?" Ace was nervous. He wasn't sure what Golbez's reaction would be. He wanted to help his new friends in this world. He knew acting alone was rash but he had no choice. His cape fluttered in the wind. He eyed this man intenselyXathnan showed a crooked smile. Ever since Corrin defected he had been itching to conquer the dragon. And he also had a strong hate for the keyblade. But that was another story entirely. "Time for a hunt then. I will make them pay for interferring with your plans my lord." he told Chaos confidently.

Golbez looked away from the boy ever briefly, "I know not what the others plan, but they have already betrayed Chaos by destroying a portal to an army." Golbez looked back at the boy, "I, however, walk only as close as I can, guiding those of you who wish to find their destiny in this world."-----------Chaos looked down on the boy, "There is no plan. There is only the conflict. I have summoned them here to fight, not to refuse my call to action." Chaos sat back down in his throne, "If you wish to find your target, then I suggest you get going."

~Xion~"Oh... sorry.." she said in a sad way. even though she gets off Corrin's back, Xion has a feeling that voice sounds familiar, but can't remember."mmm, to be honest, I didn't know Keyblades can do that. Let me try." Xion throws her Keyblade into the sky, but fails to transform and hits the ground.

Magus saw Xion trying to use Corrin's ability to turn into a dragon, in order to fly.

Magus wondered: "I was about to see if you can fly... too bad. Xion, can't just you do what Terra just did? You do have the same type of weapon, after all.'

Corrin laughed a bit at Xion. It made him think of his two younger sisters; Elise in Nohr and Sakura in Hoshido..."It's alright, Xion," Corrin said, trying to comfort her. "I'm still learning all this myself. It looks like we're either walking or we're using the same trick Ruddy used before."-----------Johnny had just about recovered and was ready to move out when he saw Lightning approach, "What's up?""Those freaks pretty much showed us the door last time," Lightning said, returning her gunblade to its holster. "I'm ready for a rematch."Johnny laughed a bit, "As much as I want to agree, we're no match against that dragon. We either need to find some crystals, or we need to find more summonstones." Johnny threw the Ifrit stone slightly in the air, "Ifrit here's just a bit burnt out after Hellfire didn't seem to work.""So, where to next?" Light asked."Our only option is to move down the coast and go around the long way," Johnny stated pointing to the south. "I don't think I can manage bringing everyone over the mountain again." Johnny looked over to Aqua and the other warriors, "Who else is coming with? Light and I are moving out."-----------While flying, Elia had noticed something strange about Terra, much less about the other warriors of Chaos. Why had Chaos picked them? They were just way too nice."So...do you know why exactly Chaos picked you?" Elia asked, still holding on to the man clad in armor.

Ace loosened up. "I see. A portal? What kind of army is this? I thought he had plenty of warriors already. I might need to check further into this unless you intend to stop me" Ace ready for the tall warriors retaliation.

Xatnnan bowed to Chaos snd left tje throne. He then sent his voice to where Corrin and the others were. Just like he did at sanctuary. "Well well the dragon prince. Did you think i didnt know of your treachery? You thought you could fight against one of our own and get away with it? " he laughed very evilally. "Im coming for you boy. Your just another dragon to tame. You will bow to the will of Chaos."

"A portal to another dimension," Golbez said, a little worry coming through his voice. "One of our number found a way to that dimension, where they found a race of crystal beings, able to replicate the actions of other beings. He began to twist them into soldiers bent on serving the will of Chaos. Alas, they have been stopped from coming through, but some still remain."-----------Corrin jumped at the sound of the voice. His treachery had already been found out."We have to get out of here," Corrin said to the others. "NOW."

Ace replied "crystal warriors? Now ive heard everything, and they can copy us?" Ace couldnt neleive his ears he had to go deeper into enemy territory to find out more. "Golbez i misjudged you. You're not so bad. I thank you for the intel you provided. I intend to see these things first hand."

Xathnan cackled. "Run but i will find you. Bet on it.

-Schala-

"Greetings, my Lord.  I am sorry that we are so late."  Stepping into the throne room was a man clad in purple armor, a young woman with pale-blue hair standing before him.  The woman looked both terrified and apprehensive, her eyes wide as she met Chaos' form.  Caius, her captor, had his fingers wrapped tightly around her shoulders, bringing her before the God of Chaos upon his throne.  He released her only to bow on one knee, Schala remaining standing where she was with a look of disdain.  "I have brought the girl to the battle; her brother was not present, but she was able to witness her friends be nearly obliterated with Giga Flare.  Now, if you have no qualms, I believe it is time that we paid a visit to our dear Corrin.  He would be delighted to see us, and I believe he has some, ah, friends that our dear Schala would heavily enjoy obliterating."

This couldn't have been farther from the truth.  The young woman crossed her arms and shot a glare of daggers in the direction of Caius.  "I will not kill for you."

A light groan escaped Caius as he rose from his knee, turning his head to face Schala while his body remained in the direction of Chaos.  "You may not do it for me, true, but you will have no choice in serving Chaos.  No one disobeys him, not even the Princess of Zeal.  Am I right, my lord?"

(I'm thinking to actually make a character sheet for Caius now, since it seems I will be using him a lot)

-Noel-

It did indeed seem that Lisa had taken a liking to him.  He was about to ask her mother if he could carry her to the buffet tables, when Lisa and Elsa's attention split and fixated upon a newcomer that had fallen nearby.  This slightly disappointed him, but instead he fixated his gaze upon the Warrior of Light.  He extended his hand to shake his, a smile upon his face.  "And I pray the light stays within you as well, friend.  I trust we will fight together again soon.  And don't worry"--he turned his head in the direction of Elsa and the newcomer--"I'll make sure that they are safe."

With that he offered a final wave to the warrior before setting over to see what the others are up to.  "So!  It looks like you two found new friends, huh?" Noel called out, resting his hands on his hips.  "Since this blond kiddo probably won't take too lightly to being eaten--and I don't prefer cannibalism--how about we invite him to join us for dinner?  What say you, uh, what's your name?"

(I'm thinking to actually make a character sheet for Caius now, since it seems I will be using him a lot)

Chaos looked at the two who had just approached. Caius and Schala.Caius was untrustworthy with his silver tongue, but he was getting results with Schala. Schala had appeared to be going the route of the traitors."Might I tell you, fair Princess of Zeal, what disobedience will do to you here? Or shall you explain that to the traitors?" Chaos' mighty hand reached out to Schala, stroking her cheek, "I would hate to destroy such a beautiful form." He finished by dragging his index claw down her jawline, "But do not think I will hesitate. You WILL fight for me, lest you too should suffer my wrath."Chaos leaned back into his chair to address Caius, "Caius, since you know so much about the traitors, I will give you the assignment to take care of them as they run. They have split up; a group led by Corrin, and two more who are venturing deep into Cosmos' domain. I will leave it to you to determine which group you will take care of."

As Magus heard the voice, he wasn't worried, but calm, and a bit happy.  He couldn't forgive Chaos for summoning his sister, and so for every other ally of Chaos, the allies that remain loyal to him.

he prince fought Lavos alone, after all. He can't be worried about one warrior. Especially when there are other warriors with him, 4, to be exact.

The only one who Magus would have been worried about would be Chaos: "Fighting him directly would be a certain doom", he thought. T

But he decided to listen to Corrin. Finding his sister was top-priority, after all: "We shouldn't waste any time on him", he said, as he was flying from the Castle.

The moogle decided to go with Johnny: "I'll go with you, kupo! There might be food there, kupo!"

Mog wasn't hungry, but seeing Gau hungry made Mog think about food too.

Xathnan finished his threat and went on his way tracking the youths down. Sure he was excited to test his strength on the dragon prince but the keyblade weilders held his attention as well. He could never forgive they're kind for what they did to his world. It was there fault the world ended up the way it did. They took his parents life and they had failed to stop the darkness that took his grandfather. He hated keyblade weilders with so much hate that it became an obsession to kill them. He remembered back to a time when he encoutered one for the first time.

It was not long after i received my new powers. I was wondering my world it was dark thousands dead due to the war and even more falling victim to the heartless. I came accross this man of about 20 holding a key shaped sword. "Who are you?" I asked with a wicked snap in my voice. "Im a keyblade weilder..." is all i allowed him to say before i summoned my spear and attacked him. He matched my spear with his blade. "What are you doing?! Im here to help this world!" the man replied. I snarled back. "No this world got screwed because of your kind! You started that pointless war and thanks to you guys everyone i cared about is dead!" the man tried pushing me back and replied you cant blame me for what happened!" at this point i lost it. The darkness filled me and gave my body an unearthly glow "all of you will die by my hand! This world has been destroyed by your kind. You have no place here! You let the darkness take over and take people! I will be the one to take all of you out!" i jumped back and teleported from sight. He looked around fearfully for me and i came down on him with jump. Impaled him through his heart. I then spit on him. " one down many to go. " I stayed there as his keyblade disintegrated and he breathed his last.

~Ven~

*smiles* "Really?! She was here?!" he laughs bit, but A little disappointed about Terra. (oh well, Beggars can't be choosers.)

"Yeah sure. I was kinda Hungry anyway" he said. Ven was planning to take off to find Aqua, but since the monster still flying around, he can't risk everyone's safety. "Ventus, called me Ven." He introduced himself to Noel.

"Our only option is to move down the coast and go around the long way," Johnny stated pointing to the south. "I don't think I can manage bringing everyone over the mountain again." Johnny looked over to Aqua and the other warriors, "Who else is coming with? Light and I are moving out."

~Terra~

"I think It's because the Darkness inside me" he replied Elia's question.

even if he tries to fight it, it's still coming back to hunt him.

Mog wasn't hungry, but seeing Gau hungry made Mog think about food too.

Johnny looked at his group once again. Mog, Aqua, Link and Lightning, all traveling together again. The rest would apparently stay behind for a bit longer."We're heading down to the mountain range to the southeast," Johnny said, pointing at Mt. Gulg and its surrounding mountains. "If you guys decide you want to catch up, head that way."As the group set off, Johnny couldn't help but ask, "Everyone up for a little adventure?"--------------Corrin, Magus, Xion and Ruddy had thus far made it out to Lufenia, where they had stopped to rest. The castle, filled with gears and strange design, could make for an excellent hiding place.Corrin could not help but ask Ruddy, "So, what made you turn against Chaos?"--------------Elia looked away slightly, "Your...darkness? What does that mean, exactly?"

Ace gave one last look to Golbez "It wouldnt be the first time i died for something inportant." He turned away and kept walking as he sung the tune mother taught him " walk on wandering souls for your respite we pray let our humble song clear your heart of dismay rekindle the flame in your soul and set you free so walk on and become the light that guides the way..." he started to make his way to Lufenia.

The warrior of light took his leave. Ge wanted to see for himself the aftermath of the battle of Melmond.

-Noel-

A soft chuckle escaped Noel's lips as well upon Elsa's reaction.  She seemed rather concerned by his cannibalism joke, though thankfully Ven seemed to get it and was unfazed.  He extended a hand to shake the blond's.  "It's a pleasure to meet you, Ventus.  My name is Noel Kreiss.  We're probably here for similar reasons, or, perhaps not.  Either way, consider yourself one of us now, and we'll make sure no harm comes to you."

With that the shadow hunter rose, stretching before glancing over his shoulder into the far north.  "We should be going to meet back up with the others.  Plus I don't anticipate any food is going to pop up here anytime soon.  C'mon, I think there's a teleportation stone near the entrance around here somewhere."  It was also growing rather chilly in Sanctuary, and he partially feared for tiny Lisa.  He didn't voice his concerns, however, as he was certain that her mother would do what was best for her.

-Schala-

Caius looked mildly amused at Chaos' words.  Perhaps he himself enjoyed the chaos that the others were creating, or perhaps he just enjoyed a good hunt as much as a fair fight.  Easy prey was never satisfactory to him, nor was destroying the weak.  While Caius may serve Chaos he was also a man of honor, and destroying a traitor such as Corrin seemed nothing but delightful to him.  “So they split up into two groups, did they?  Those fools; it’s going to be much easier to find them now.  Once we claim one group we shall certainly find the other.”  He paused momentarily, as though contemplating something, before continuing.  “Of course, we shall go after Corrin.  I have a few words that I would like to share with this traitorous youth before watching the light fade from his eyes.”

His words, particularly his last statement, caused Schala to shudder on the spot.  There would certainly be death, that much was certain, though she prayed it would not be forced from her hand.  Already she had done too much evil at the hands of Lavos, and now her new captors were hardly any better.  If she disobeyed it would clearly mean death, as was implied by Chaos himself.  After Chaos had spoken she refused to meet his gaze, though the pained expression on her face indicated that she’d heard.

A moment of silence had passed before Caius spoke again, this time seeming a bit more apprehensive himself.  “Also, my lord . . . .  I could not help but overhear in the hall that Xathnan is planning on moving toward these traitors as well.  If I were to accompany him I believe we would have far more desirable results.  With your permission I will seek him out.”

Elsa remembered that she could summon food out of nowhere and decided to summon a small sippy cup of milk and said, "Here you go, Lisa." Lisa squealed happily and took it, sipping on it gladly. Hopefully Ven and Noel weren't surprised to see that happen.

Golbez finished with one last statement, "Know this...the one you fought not long ago is now pursueing the ones who destroyed the portal. I wanted to become stronger, so that I can protect the people I care about, and became Keyblade Master....." He answered Elia's question. Angered by his our actions and Master Xehanort. He grabbing the glider tightly. "But, I started to get obsessed with power, Worried about losing, and making mistakes a lot... I hurt my our master and "Father", I couldn't able to save my friends, and worst of all... I cause so much pain all the worlds... a Man named Xehanort turned me one of his vessels...." He wanted to cry, but he can't embarrassed himself.

The treasure hunter raised a brow skeptically.  "Like chicken?  Really, kid?"  Still, he couldn't help but sniff at himself lightly.  Sure he didn't smell like anything good, what with the sweat, grime, and dirt that was smeared on him, but he wouldn't necessarily say that he smelt like chicken, or at least not to his nostrils.  It was certainly good to be in the companionship of Gau again; he'd missed that grassy-maned wild child, for better or worse.

That was, however, until Gau started to help himself to his satchel rummaging for food.  "Hey!  Get out of that!" Locke scowled, swatting at his little friend and wrenching his satchel away.  There was nothing of great importance in it, excepting junk which were his treasures, but once he did have treasure to store he didn't  necessarily want sticky fingers to get into his stuff.  He stole a critical look at the boy.  He certainly did seem thinner than he'd last seen him, and perhaps food was becoming difficult for the boy to salvage with his limited English and charitable folk.  As much as he hated to do this, and as much as he knew he'd regret it when they were on the road again, Locke dug a fist into his pocket and retrieved something wrapped under greasy napkins.  A sigh escaped him as he unwrapped a chicken drumstick and handed it to the feral youth.  "Here.  It's leftovers from my lunch.  You probably need it more than I do."

At this Locke threw himself back onto the grass, admiring the sky above.  It was so clear and cloudless; a beautiful evening to end just another chaotic day of misadventures.

(I'll also post for Schala as soon as I hear back from Shun.)

Gau (Neutral/Cosmos), with Locke

The grassy-maned kid was a little put out when Locke tore the satchel away from him.  However, when offered the drumstick, he eyed it with delight-filled eyes and dug in, resounding sounds of smacking lips and gnashing teeth flitting through the air.  In the end, which was probably within not even ten seconds, Gau breathed out contentedly and patted his stomach.

"Thanks, Locke.  You're best!  So, mm . . . where here?  Gau no understand fully where here or home or anywhere, and shiny light that surrounded Gau."

The youth plopped down next to the treasure hunter, trying his best to create a grass whistle from the abundant blades of grass about him.  It was a trick Sabin had taught him, forming a single-noted instrument from the simplest of things, and he kept it close to him even after their adventures had ended.

Ruddy Infratel (Chaos), currently in the castle of Aaagh.

Ruddy's ragged shoulders gave a pathetic lift as he shrugged, but his smile was beaming.

"Beats me.  Normally I do it solely because I root for the underdog, but our motley crew here interests me a little.  'Sides, who can pass up the chance of being useful for those who can appreciate it?  I can't say much for the others, or Chaos himself.  Not a fan of 'em, 'specially the dude with a spider belt*."

As he said all of this, his eyes danced over the marvelous world of cogs and gears and oddities.  So much interesting stuff in this building, and he highly valued the ability to hide or be surprised.  It was all interesting, and there was another reason.  Even though he hated gambling coins, he loved a gamble of life and death, and he placed all of his bets on survival with this trio of party candidates.

Elsa remembered that she could summon food out of nowhere and decided to summon a small sippy cup of milk and said, "Here you go, Lisa." Lisa squealed happily and took it, sipping on it gladly. Hopefully Ven and Noel weren't surprised to see that happen.

*smiles and shook his hand*

"Thanks. I'm sure I can defend myself just fine." He said. since they know about Aqua, he asked Noel. " say Noel. is it alright if I go with you? I need to find Aqua." Still worried about Her and Terra, yet he has to stay positive for everyone.

"whoa! You can do that? That's so cool!" He said. *smiles* Ven wasn't expecting her to have magic.

Elsa blushed a bit and said, "Yeah. I can do a few more things than just that." And to prove it, her eyes turned purple and she summoned a Gaster Blaster. Lisa stopped drinking her milk and started to pet the creature. It purred at her touch, making Lisa giggle. "I can also do this." And she summoned a few bones out from nowhere. And she also showed her psychoknesis by making a piece of rubble float and then threw it somewhere else.

(Took me a second, but I got it)

Corrin smiled, a bit of luck as always. He had always seemed to be the underdog, tasked with missions, underprepared and with little allies.

But now, he had an advantage. Four allies with him, in an arena that, should they be confronted, would help them keep their opponents on their toes.

~Aqua~

she nod Johnny's question as well as Link. "Yeah, let's go ."

~Terra~

"the dark side in my heart.....

It wasn't long before the group of Johnny, Lightning, Aqua, Link and Mog ended up at a mighty castle, with a small town surrounding it (Elfheim/Elven Castle).

Johnny looked around before telling his companions, "Do you guys want to split up for a bit? Search the town, see if any other of our allies have made it this far?"

---------------

Elia looked to what she could only assume was his eyes, "You can't blame yourself. The heart is treacherous, and often times, it leads us to ruin." Looking away from Terra, she continued, "Power isn't all it's cracked up to be, either. You start chasing power, it's all you'll end up wanting. I've seen too many people ruin their lives by chasing power." Looking down, she pointed out a patch of land, "That looks like a good place to land."

"Go then," Chaos commanded. "If you wish to assist him, then you may." Chaos leaned forward in his throne, "But do you honestly think the group you meet will give up the location of their allies? You judge them a bit too much like yourself, Caius."

(OOC: I didn't get it :( )

-Genesis-

Genesis woke up near a icy area, confused about his whereabouts. The place looked nothing liked a flooded cavern, the location where he sealed himself and had his slumber. While he was summoned by Cosomos in the same time as the others, he was still in his slumber. He awoke after the meeting.

He wandered if the goddess from his world had something to do with it. He saw a boy with a brown hair, a  woman and her child, and a kid with blond hair. While Genesis was approaching the group, he draw a poem from his pocket,  his favorite poem, LOVELESS. He then read the first act out loud:

"Infinite in mystery is the Gift of the Goddess

We seek it thus, and take to the skyRipples form on the water's surfaceThe wandering soul knows no rest."

"Where exactly are we? The name is Genesis"

-Mog-

Mog wanted to split up in the town. He wanted to eat, and the town would the perfect place to do so:

"We should split up, kupo. Maybe one of our friends is eating in the town, kupo!"

-Magus

Maugs was impressed by the castle's design, although he preferred the design of his castle.

It reminded him of his travel between towards time- from his original era to the era where he was the ruler of an army made of monsters, and his adventures in time again to the point when he defeated Lavos with the help of his allies.

He was still wanted to search for his sister as soon as he can, but decided to rest there with his new allies: "I'll find her as fast as I can, but I need to be efficient", he thought to himself. He wondered about the warrior who he heard his voice: "Is he with Schala? Or just a warrior that is searching for us upon Chaos' orders?"

Elsa turned at the voice of the other man and said, "Hello, Genesis. I'm Elsa S. Jones. Just call me Elsa. And this is my child, Lisa." Lisa looked warily at the new person and was a little bit scared. "Don't worry, Lisa. I don't think he means harm." Elsa said, feeling she could trust the man like she trusts Johnny. Where is Johnny, anyway?, she thought.
