I've been thinking since the X-Blade and Kingdom Hearts exist side by side and the key blades that the foretellers wield were manmade then where is Kingdom Hearts and the X Blade? If the foretellers don't know about it then how can they have keyblades since they were made after the X blade?

well the X-blade was already split into it's pieces at this point. They know about everything that's mentioned in the book of prophecies except for what torn out of it, so they would know about kingdom hearts and the x-blade since it existed before them . Kingdom Hearts and the X-blade just aren't that relevant to the current situation of dealing with the upcoming war. even if they didn't know about it, it doesn't mean their master didn't either. especially since master tend to keep things from their students

I think there two wars.

No war has happened yet, as of Chi/Unchained Chi. They X-blade definitely is a thing, as is Kingdom Hearts, but they probably have to be summoned. We do know that in the war, wielders will be fighting over the light of KH, but I believe that the X-blade will bring about the spark that starts it all.

I have a feeling that there's some master plan the Foretellers aren't aware of, that includes Lux(light) collection. All that light is probably going to be used to clash against the incoming Darkness brought by the greed of the unions and (accidentally?) forge the X-blade.

It seems to me that the x-blade protects Kingdom Hearts by keeping it out of sight. Maybe Lux can be used to break down whatever magic keeps them hidden, or maybe it was the darkness. Either way, both the x-blade and Kingdom Hearts exist currently in x, but are somehow invisible. Since the Books of Prophecy record future events, it's possible that's how the the Foretellers knwo about it, and how whoever forged the first Keyblade knew what to base it on.

The Keyblade War has not happened yet, the x-blade has not been shattered and Kingdom Hearts does exist. However, you have to keep in mind that the worlds we are visiting in the game aren't entirely real. Kingdom Hearts may be present, just not visible in the locations we visit. As for the x-blade, the Foretellers have the Book of Prophecies and would know about it. They should know where it is/how to summon it, but either have no reason to or have not been shown to. We haven't seen a whole lot with them to know if they have a connection with it at this time.

Maybe the Master of Masters wields the X Blade and disappeared into Kingdom Hearts?
