It was a very peaceful day on Pop Star. The sun was shining ever so brightly, the civilians were playing outside. Everything was so perfect...That is until later...

 

 

"One...Two...Three..." A cute little voice was counting with his eyes closed against a tree. A pink, little ball like creature was playing hide and seek with his friends in the forest.

 

"Four...Five...Six...Seven..." Kirby loved playing hide and seek. Especially today. Because if he found all of his friends in this one game, they would make him a huge cake with a strawberry on top.  His favorite.

 

"Eight...Nine....TEN! Poyo! Poyo!" Kirby jumped to turn around with a smile on his face. He looked around. No one was in sight. This was going to be harder than he thought. But nonetheless, this was for cake. With that in mind, Kirby began walking and searching for his friends.

This is the place, Galacta thought as she flew around the star-shaped planet.  Some villagers on a nearby planet told her that that knight was from here.  What is this planet called again? She nodded to herself Oh yeah, Popstar, they said.

 

She flew in and saw just how massive this planet was.  There were so many different areas and landscapes that it made Galacta's head spin.  Ugh, where should I start looking?  He could be anywhere.  Her eyes spotted a big forest a few miles away.  I guess that's as good a place as any.  As she got to the forest's edge, one of her wings got caught in a large tree's branch.  "!"  Galacta fell to the ground face first, and just lay there.  I guess I haven't fully recovered yet...

Elsa heard a thud from somewhere and turned, her eyes changing to purple. "What was that? I'd better go check it out. I'll be right back, Adeline!" She said, and went to look for what made the noise. She kept up her guard, looking behind herself occasionally.

Satisfied with his performance, Archie turned around to leave for the next village with the intent of sharing his many tales and jokes, but was stopped when he looked to the sky and saw birds flying from a section of the forest. Curiosity filled his mind, deciding that he would go and check whatever it was that scared off the birds. What was that? He wondered. It better be good, 'cause if it's just another apple or anything normal, then I just wasted 3 minutes of my life. I don't want that... He thought. 

 

After making up his mind, he rushed into what he assumed was a crash site by looking at the small clouds that were forming. He was ready for what he believed would be an interesting event.

 

After a good 10 minutes of running and following the smoke he reached an open section in the forest. There was a small crater with a pink puffball similar to Kirby, only this one had a pair of angelic wings, shoulder armor, gloves and glimpses of a mask with 2 spikes portruding from it. It remained still. The figure was very similar to a certain Knight and Archie couldn't help but be reminded of a legend he was told when he was a child. A closer look and realization dawned upon him. His curiosity was replaced with shock I-it can't be... that warrior, can it? He questioned. His body tensed and stood still, awaiting a reply from the fallen puffball.

"Huh? H-Hey wait! Don't leave me up here!" Adeline cried. She hung on to the branch on the tree for dear life, not wanting to fall. "Oh dear, this is bad..." She whimpered.

But then she saw a pink air-filled balloon floating to her rescue. "Kirby!" She jumped to grab Kirby's foot to make it back down to the ground. The painter let out a sigh of relief. "Oh, thank you Kirby. I'm glad you found me when you did." She said happily.

 

"Wait...You found me.."

 

"Poyo!" The little puff ball's hand pointed at Adeline. He had found her! "Poyo! Poyo!" He exclaimed, jumping up and down. Adeline lowered her head down, knowing she lost. "Aww..." But then she raised her head and looked around. "Where did everybody go?" She asked.

"Poyo?" Kirby tilted his head slightly. Adeline looked in the direction Elsa went. "I saw Elsa go that way. Come on Kirby!" She said, running to where everyone else was with Kirby following along.

When Elsa finally reached the spot where she heard the thud, she hid behind a tree and was surprised to see someone new. Who's that? I've never seen them before..., she thought, observing them intently. Elsa figured out that the person was small like Kirby, except with armor. She could also tell that the person was a she. Elsa decided to keep her eyes on this newcomer, feeling almost as if they couldn't trust her.

Galacta dared not move as she felt the presence of others nearby.  Its better if they come to me.  If she pretended to be dead or unconscious, she could catch them off guard and attack.  I won't let you kill me, not like this.  It never occured to her that they could be friends and just want to help the wounded warrior.  But she was too weak and untrusting to think so.

Alas, it was only a few moments before Archie escaped his tension-induced paralysis and cautiously walked to the puffball. With every step he took, he was more and more afraid of what might happen to him, if the legend he heard of was true. After getting close enough, he slowly circled around the puffball, examining it's features. He saw things he didn't see earlier on, such as it's metallic boots... or were they shoes? Either way they were another piece of armor. Finally, after examining it's body he kneeled closer to it. He heard nothing at first, but then decided to lean closer. When he did, he could've sworn he heard faint breathing from a feminine voice...

This game seemed so useless.  And like such a waste of time.  Despite these two facts, however, Meta Knight laid low in the bushes, his cloak drawn close around his small form as he pressed deeply into the ground.  He'd watched as several of Kirby's friends had already been found.  While it was inevitable that he would be found, he partly prided himself in thinking he would be the last.

 

Time was moving so slowly, however, and Meta Knight was slowly growing bored.  His back was becoming especially stiff from plastering himself so carefully to the ground.  He'd hoped that he'd be found soon, even if he preferred to be found last.  There were other things that he particularly wanted to do with his time, namely enjoy that delectable cake with Kirby after this was all over.

 

After all, cake was everything in Dreamland.

Ah yes, she felt one of them draw close to her.  They circled her a bit, though they did not touch her.  After a few moments, they finally leaned close to her face, so close...

 

Now!

 

Before the person could react, she pounced on him.  Slamming him down on the hard ground, she glared at him with her red eyes, hoping to terrify him.  It looked like it worked as he stared at her, eyes wide with fright and body quivering, though he didn't try to escape.  Well, he coudn't anyway as her hands held him down painfully.  He doesn't seem like a threat, but...

 

"Talk," she commanded, her voice deep and intimidating, though a bit raspy from lack of use.

No way! NO BLOODY WAY IT- I MEAN-SHE'S REAL!, he panicked. The tides changed in the span of seconds, and poor Archie couldn't do anything to escape those red eyes that were staring at him menacingly. So he did what the puffball commanded and used the only thing he could: his mouth.

 

"Hi! Haven't seen you before, but I heard about things you did!" Archie screamed his lungs out. "I was only travelling to a village to share tales, laugh,drink, you know! Stuff people do to have a good time, which I was having anyway when I decided to join a game of hide-and-seek! It was so fun, that I even made a pun to show it! I was gonna leave to that village, but then... you came! Yeah! An-And then I looked at you and just thought of a legend! Your legend! It's amazing how you were able to do what you did, heck, even your crash was really hard! It reminds of a b-bird, and you wanna know how a bird with a broken wing manages to land safely with no injuries?! BECAUSE OF IT'S SPARROWCHUTE!! HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!! GET IT?!" Archie replied with a crazed grin.

 

Archie continued to both flatter and joke about the puffball for some minutes, desperately hoping to shake her and those dreaded eyes off, until at the last moment he quickly formulated a plan.

 

"And then-" Archie procceded to pretend that he was choking for a few seconds until he spewed leftover water from the river aimed for her eyes. The water hit, causing her to close her eyes underneath the mask and cover her face with one of her hands. This allowed Archie to react quickly and use his free left hand to dig inside his hat and pull out a lit bomb from it, throwing it to her mask at point-blank range, detonating it and creating a small explosion.

 

The blast sent Archie backwards, crashing and skidding on the ground. The blast also left behind a cloud of smoke. He stood up, face covered in dirt and ash, proceeding to run away from the puffball, not daring to look back at that... that... thing, screaming his already sore lungs out once again, into the forest.

Elsa watched as Archie was attacked and then start talking to the armored girl puffball. But she decided not to stand by and at once, she revealed herself to them. "Hello there, armored one. Who are you, might i ask?" Elsa asked Galacta Knight, curious of how she got to this planet and why. Elsa wasn't scared of them, for she had no fear of this little puffball, even though she saw her attack Archie.

Viride follow Elsa and gets inside of her pocket. After the wait, Elsa was talking to someone. Viride decided to take a small peek, and saw Archie being attacked by a mysterious person. (wait, I think I heard of her before...)

"Elsa! Over here!" Adeline yelled out, running towards where the action was with Kirby. "What was that explosion?" She and Kirby skidded to stop at the sight.  She panted a bit after running so much. She took a look at the new face, er, mask in this case. "Who's this?" She asked.

This guy's as small as Kirby and Meta Knight. She thought.

 

"Poyo?" Kirby walked towards the new person and blinked, then smiled. He waved both arms and said "Hii!" as a greeting.

Elsa jumped at the sound of two voices talking behind her and sent a Gaster Blaster towards Adeline and Kirby. She realized quickly that she made a mistake and stopped the creature from attacking them. It listened to her and growled a little at the little pair. "S-Sorry about that. I thought i was gonna get attacked by something else." Elsa said, feeling upset that she almost killed her two of her new friends. Man... I really should pay more attention to all of my surroundings..., she thought, mad at herself for her recklessness.

... I didn't think he'd talk this much, Galacta thought as the odd looking jester babbled on and on.  He was talking so fast that she couldn't understand a single thing that came from his mouth.  Suddenly, he stopped and started choking, but as she leaned in closer, he spat water and saliva right in between the mask's eye slit and it landed in her eyes.  Ugh, I can't believe I fell for such a stupid trick!  She immediately let him go to get the disgusting fluid out of her eyes, when she felt something hit her mask.  It must have been a bomb as the explosion sent her backwards, and she landed right on her damaged wing.  She hissed in pain and started coughing from the smoke.  She still couldn't see anything, but she heard screaming, probably from that jester.

 

"Hello there, armored one. Who are you, might I ask?"

 

Galacta jumped up at the greeting, and summoned her giant white shield.  More enemies?  She was not letting her guard down this time.  That jester seemed harmless, and looked what happed.  She held her shield in front of her and realized how bad her legs were shaking.  I can't believe how weak I am; I can't even summon my lance and fight.  I must still be injured from that battle with him.  It sounded like the woman, at least it sounded like a woman anyway as Galacta still couldn't see, was about to respond when they both heard more people approaching.

 

Suddenly, she heard something being summoned.  Whatever it was, it was powerful and sounded like a snarling dog.  However, as quickly as it was summoned, it disappeared and she heard the woman apologize to the newcomers.  Then, one of the newcomers approached her and gave a friendly "Hi!"

 

No... my strength's leaving me.  Darkness engulfed her vision and Galacta collapsed to the ground unconcious, not having seen how one of them looked like her.

Elsa heard the armored puffball behind her faint and immediately ran to her. She knelt by her side and started checking to see if she was hurt in any way. She listened to her heart and breathed a sigh of relief, hearing heartbeats. Thank god she's not dead. I would've kicked myself if she was..., she thought, staring intently at the armored puffball’s unconscious body. Elsa stayed by her side, not moving an inch. It was like taking care of her children when they slept.

Archie kept running and panting after that encounter with the puffball had scared him. After a while, though, amidst the sound of his breath he could also make out what sounded like dog barks before they were quickly shut. He skidded and stopped, taking some time to catch his breath. 

 

"That... Was... Close..." Archie said through gasps of air. "My family isn't gonna believe me when I tell them this. Maybe I should double-check that crater just in case she isn't down." After recovering and pondering about his actions, Archie walked back to the crater. When he emerged from the forest, into the opening, he saw the woman named Elsa next to the body of the armored puffball and next to them on the other side were Kirby, Adeline and small green fairy. 

 

"Hey! is she dead or not?" He asked, waiting anxiously for an answer...

Elsa looked up to see Archie come back. When he asked if the puffball was dead or not, she responded, "She's fine. Just unconscious. Poor thing looked tired out as far as i could tell. But from what?" Elsa began to ponder this, but kept her eyes on the armored puffball for any signs of movement.

Viride came out of Elsa's pocket and sits on her shoulder. (she's very light actually. ) she stares at armored puffball. "hmmmm...." She begins to wonder. (is she the evil that everyone has talking about?... Viride decided to fly to her and looks at her. (she looks scary though..

"Viride? When did you get in there?" Elsa asked, surprised to see that the little fairy was hiding in there. She could barely feel her in her pocket at all, so maybe that's why. Then she focused her attention on the unconscious puffball again. I hope she pulls through. I hate to see her being stuck in a coma..., she thought. But just to be careful, she put her hand on the puffball's body and began to sing a special song, a powerful glow emitting from within.

Then she took her hand away from the body of the armored puffball and watched closely, hoping that she would move at least a little.

Within the darkness, Galacta heard a woman singing:

Whoever was singing had a beautiful voice, but also magic, as the song restored some of her strength back.  Galacta soon stirred back into consciousness and slowly stood back up, her eyes taking everything in.  She first saw an adult human woman kneeling right next to her.  She looked a bit wary, but gave Galacta a small smile.  She must have been the one to heal her, which surprised the pink knight.  I thought humans lost the ability of magic...

 

Next to the human was a small green fairy, which the knight gave her a dubious stare.  I heard Ripple Star was taken over by Zero and his dark matter.  Is she being controlled like the other fairies?  Galacta couldn't remember why, but she loathed Zero and his minions with a passion.  The fairy yelped and hid behind the woman.

 

She then saw in the distance that jester that spat in her face.  She growled and glared daggers at him.  Oh how she wished she could shoot lazers from her eyes.  Even if she had that power though, she was still far too weak to fight back.  But even with the simple glare, the jester shrieked and fell over, and Galacta gave a small "Hmph" of satisfaction.

 

Standing on her other side was another human, but this one was just a child.  The child flinched back, and tried to make herself as small as possible.  The knight just blinked.  Am I really that scary?

 

Just then she heard a questioning "Poyo?" and felt someone tugging on her broken wing.  She jumped and swirled around to see who had so eagerly wanted to cause her more pain, when she froze.  I... I can't believe it.  Standing right in front of her was another Star Warrior, and he looked so much like her.  But, I thought that knight and I were the last ones...  As she continued to stare at the little puffball in awe, he just tilted his head to the side and gave another, "Poyo?"  He's very young, she realized, he doesn't even have his wings yet.  Suddenly to everyone's shock, including her's, Galacta scooped up the young Star Warrior and hugged him, nuzzling her mask into his face.

"Huh!?" Adeline exclaimed. She was as confused as ever. This person somehow got here, fainted, got healed, looked around, and now she's hugging Kirby?

 

"Poyo?" Kirby questioned. He blinked twice, not understanding what was happening. Who was this person and why was she hugging him? It was all very confusing.

He's so precious! Galacta thought as she continued snuggling the confused puffball, There's no way I'm letting him go!

Elsa was surprised to see the armored puffball hugging Kirby. "Um... That was quick." She said, very confused. But at least she was glad that she had recovered.
