Posted June 20, 20169 yr So now that E3 is over and the whole world has probably seen 2.8 in action do you thing Square will give us a public demo of what was playable at E3? I'd love to get my hands on it.
June 20, 20169 yr Maybe, but not now, in a few months, maybe September or October. Heck, they could release it on July 31st (The US release date for DDD), that'd be cool. But for people who went to E3, it'd be kind of unfair on them if the demo was released a short time after they played it. Edited June 20, 20169 yr by Shinobi Palace
June 20, 20169 yr I hope so but I'm afraid not cause you know KH and his issues with being released digital. Edited June 20, 20169 yr by KH4Real
June 20, 20169 yr Well, 3D Dream Drop Distance had a demo a month before it got released so I think it Could be possible.
July 3, 20169 yr I'd certainly love to play that amazing segment we all saw at E3, but I don't know if we'll be given the opportunity to play it! The screen said it was a Premium Showcase, so that meant it was probably exclusive to just E3, ya know? So we might not get the chance to get our hands on it! We'll just have to wait till December!
July 3, 20169 yr I seriously hope if they don't release that demo, they release another demo publicly. I'd love to play ANYTHING from 2.8 just to try it out and get some clues into the plotline
July 3, 20169 yr They won't. 0.2 is about 3 hours max and DDD is a remaster. He means the demo played at E3. Like literally extract it from E3 as a playable demo on the PSN store. The demo for 0.2 was 15 minutes long, so it is possible.
July 3, 20169 yr I might be busy anyway with FFXV if it doesn't release in September. But ye a demo for this HD collection looks unlikely.
July 10, 20169 yr He means the demo played at E3. Like literally extract it from E3 as a playable demo on the PSN store. The demo for 0.2 was 15 minutes long, so it is possible. They still won't. Demos at E3 far outnumber public release demos in any year.
