July 11, 20169 yr First time I saw him was at e3 2010 in a webpage called frentebatalla.com (spanish pokemon webpage). He was presenting 3ds, and he unveiled KH3D for the handheld. From that moment I knew that he was going to have a place in my gamer heart forever. I still remember him to this day with his memorable "PLEASE UNDERSTAND" and "DAIRECTRY TO YOU". RIP mr iwata. A brilliant mind...
July 11, 20169 yr Has it really been a year already? Yeah, it kills me to say this to begin with. Nintendo are primarily following Iwata's plan for the NX. His future continues forth...
July 11, 20169 yr There was a time I didn't really know who Iwata is. I think when I was young playing Pokemon Blue Version, defeating the Elite Four + Gary, I think I keep seeing his name on the Ending Credits. I've played Pokemon Silver while my brother has Gold Version. And we both tried the very first SBB, at a guy's house. That was when my dad had a tree trimming business at the time. I think when he died or before his death, I found out somewhere he was some kind of game coder and he was the reason why we were able to travel between Johto and Kanto in Sliver/Gold Version and doing some work on SBB. I think I started to see him on You Tube through one of those E3 videos and I think my online friends were talking about him and Reggie. I guess one of my memories of him, is this video. Thanks to him, Reggie, and Bill, I ended buying Tomodachi Life, because it was funny as heck. I haven't picked up the game in a while.
