Basically, you go through the Overwatch team and replace the members with other characters, either based on similarities of the jobs, similar looks, etc.

That was actually one of my reasons when I chose the Witch King.

 I find this funny because yesterday me and my friends all played as Genji (all six of us were him) and won almost every match.
