It's a done deal since they could just dub it and show that around January.

for anyone who have watched it, does it have major story spoilers? i have watched every trailer for P5 and i know every main characters Persona but does it's spoil anything about the main story other then what we learned from interviews and trailers? i really want to watch but i don't wan't to spoil the games story

Does not spoil anything. it is a subplot separate from the game so enjoy.

Well his original Japanese VA passed away before they did the Persona 3 movies that's why they just used the clips from the game for the voice but of course with the new game they can't really do that

I'm aware of that, but i'm saying it's fitting now because Igor is not actually treating you kindly.  

Also The animation is taken down and anyone who will put the episode online again will probably end up taken down again

they basically did. There's four Persona 3 movies, two Persona 4 anime series (P4 the Animation & the Golden Animation), Persona -trinity soul-, and now this Persona 5 OVA

edit: there is also anime on the other SMT games like Devil Survivor 2 and Devil Children
