    i tend to only drink water, when i have a headache. which is probably why i get them in the first place. although, i did drink a whole bunch of water the other day, because we had a random drug test at my work, so i had to be prepared. lol

    Today I have come to the realization that I no longer hate my body. Even with the flabby arms and belly fat and love handles that I used to detest, I love and respect my body now. My decision to become healthy and fit was the best decision I've ever made.

    we never run during p.e. or do anything actually.

    also make sure you go at a slow steady place and you need to breathe in through your nose and exhale with your mouth kinode :3
