    What really helps is Soy Milk. My friend can't have dairy products, but he says soy milk and rice milk taste better and don't give him any problems. They also have the same nutrients, and everything as regular milk. Plus it doesn't make him gain 1 pound. xD -I drink it too since I'm trying to lose weight for the USMC. xD
