No, as long as there is an intention for a game to be released (bbs) or atleast some sort of hint that there will be a date announced soon (E3) then a store can sell a pre-order before any actual date is set.

I was watching bbs with Terra on Destiny Islands taking with Riku about why he wanted to go to other worlds. He said that he wanted to go to become stronger. He also stated that "a long time ago someone did leave their world" and he wanted to do the same. Then it goes into a quick cross-fade of what looks like Xehanort then KH2 Riku. Since Xehanort and Riku have the same hair color (lets be honest, how many people do you know that have naturally grey hair) and both entered into darkness, could they be related? link to video; at 3:30

If you play the KH games on the Playstation Systems, then you can understand the story without going through the Nintendo based games. They are supposed to be that way so cross platformer gamers could get more information that sole platformer gamers. The Nintendo titles probably confused more people than helped understand the story. Eventually, it will all be explained on the PS3 sometime soon (i hope)

disneys becoming less and less of the story, importance wise that is Disney was just a setting for gamers to enter familiar places. the story has and always will be surrounding Sora, Riku, and Kairi no matter where they go or what new characters are brought into the mix

SPOILERS/Theories Ven may have been a part of Sora at one point in the past, and had been taken from Sora's heart: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cxxoae8XC6o (1:10) so when he goes back into sora's heart, he is there with Kairi till Sora releases his heart. By that time, maybe Ven's heart became infused with Sora's for being there for so long. this could explain Roxas' appearance to resemble Ven.

its not the same, but a coincidence. Riku fights like that on Destiny Islands with the sword up and by his head, before entering into darkness. Your only making the assumption because of their attire that they are the same.

if they did, it should have BBS, Days, and Coded on 1 disc for the ps3. It was done for GOW Collection, so it is possible to have multiple games on 1 disc, but since these 3 were for other platforms, it may be difficult to transfer data. However, it would be really cool to have all 3 game on 1 disc.

ATW is saying that it has been a year since he has seen Sora. However, that would place the meeting between ATW and Aqua 1 year after kh2 and 2 years after kh. This would make Aqua 12 years older from we see her in BBS. Thats 12 years of wondering in the darkness and still looks the same.

It would have made sense if we didn't see Roxas. Because Ven looks like Roxas, its safe to assume that Ven=Sora=Roxas. Same person, different memories/life
