I believe 40% that Ansem is gonna come back and is kinda needed to come back to make amends with the people of RG and become their ruler again. I feel full that Vanitas should come back cause he along with MX are the only villains with and good plot importance. And Vanitas with the x-blade would be a real challenge for Sora because Sora & co. are to over powered to be fighting the Disney villains when MX disappears. They are to mediocre. Only reason ME would come back is it restore the ratio of keyblade wielders that's all I can think of Nomura doing with him. If you mean physically coming back then I think they shouldn't. They are Vidal pieces of Sora with out them Sora would die & I'll rather have him than these two. He's the series main villains so this is a given 100%. These three were said to come back so these should be 100% I think Nomura is trying to nudge Axel into being a main character. I'm not much of Axel fan but it's possible It'd be fun to see them as side villains but they have a low chance of coming back IMO

She is said to have such powers because she was born through Sora's body, but I think as to why she has such power is because Kairi is the most important person in Sora's memories and Namine being the nobody of said person have power over Sora's memoiers.
