well we will probably have bbsv2 before kh3, and i would be okay with that

we could even take it a step further and say that it is because of his connection to ven and the one of the ways ven has to be saved is from sleep, and the only way sora can do that is if he goes to sleep as well. and we do see that sora is asleep in the organization chair.
