So, I'm just going to lock this now because arguing is imminent and there's no real point to this thread other than calling out Americans, which of course, will only start fighting.

You just gotta look in the right places. There are hundreds of scholarships that literally no one applies for. There was a women in science scholarship, but no one had even heard of it, so they ended up giving it to the only applicant--a boy wanting to major in history. There's plenty--you just have to do a lot of digging.
