i think everyone has gone through this, if i am right, you are like, 13 so yeah, you are going through puberty and that means that your hormones are all out of whack and shiz. so yeah, it will pass but you can help the situation by doing postive things. such as helping a old person in need and stuff liek that. it helped me.
