Used to happen to me when I was younger but I kinda out-grown it and fades away overtime. It still happens to me but very rarely now. It just happen to be part of our personality and nothing to be ashamed about.

Schools canceled. Forced to stay indoors. Indonesian prime minister tried blame us for trying to spread news of our troubles here. It's been 4 days for us and been 6 days for Singapore. It all started when Indonesia did a massive forest fire in Sumatra last week and it spread to Singapore and now it winds up to us. Worse haze since 2005. Looks worse in real life.
