Well, if he's on KH13 too, you can send a PM to the global moderators and/or the administrators and tell them about your situation. Then they can speak to this guy and give him a warning to leave you alone. I'd also suggest you go to your Ignore Preferences and add him there. That way he can't send you messages or comment on your statuses. As for other sites, have you considered making a new account entirely? Let only certain people that you're going to make a new Twitter/YouTube and do the same thing with your Facebook. And set it to private so he can't find you.
