  1. Thank you, and I agree as well. I can admit however that I think Nomura made a mistake in building the games endings THAT much. Some other endings were more "shocking" and he'd never say too much about it. But these endings (Lea getting a Keyblade, Kairi coming back into the main action, etc.) wasn't as huge, or rather didn't have as big of an impact, as I feel like he had intended them to. Honestly, the scenes in TWTNW were better than the "real" ending and secret ending. I knew someone would bring this up eventually. Before I say anything, know this sin't a direct attack at you, Xirog. I figured eventually there'd be more Keyblade wielders, and at that point, people would complain about it. Yet on the other hand, when BbS was the big thing, all we wanted was "show more Keyblade wielders! We want to SEE this army of them!" Now that Yen Sid is working to do just that by increasing the number of Keyblade users...we're all complaining about it. KH fanbase, I am disappoint.
  2. I still don't understand why everyone's so angry about it. If anything, you're all hypocrites. A couple years ago, everyone was whining that she was underused and should be in the story as a more important character. Now that she is, everyone's complaining that she's a possible focus for future plotlines. This place is starting to sound like the KHInsider forums more and more...and that's one of the main reasons I came here, and became active on the forums. Don't make me regret my decision.
  3. Well don't tell him that! Poor Sparky...
  4. ...because that's where he lives...? He's been gone for over ten years now. Time to feed his dog.
  5. ...really....? Everyone is saying Ven's...? No one can agree with me that Aqua's was the most sad? She had to be in the backseat to the events that unfolded before her, watching as both her companions and dear, dear friends fell to the machinations that Xehanort laid out before them. She wasn't able to stop or prevent anything. In the end, she did all she could, sacrificing herself to the Realm of Darkness (for as far as she knew was going to be forever) and what did it help? Not a single thing. Everything Xehanort planned came to fruition anyways. That to me, is more sad than simply falling asleep for a long period of time. Also, I feel like her conversation with Ansem at the Dark Meridian was one of the more emotional parts of the series. Besides Xion's last moments in 358 (one of the few things rightly done with that game), I think it was the best emotional scene in the series. You really felt her extreme happiness and relief at hearing that familiar name, knowing that the Realm of Light was in good hands, and for the first time in over ten years (which may have seemed like even more) she had a small ray of hope to look forward to. Maybe her friends were alright. Maybe SHE'D be alright.
  6. Yes, THOSE seven Lights became the Princesses.
  7. He meant seven Keyblade wielders. He referred to them as "light" they needed mostly because they are a force that opposes the darkness, mainly Xehanort's at this point. He said they basically needed one Keyblade wielder per Heart of Pure Light (aka the Princesses). We have Sora, Riku, Mickey, Lea, they know where Aqua is, and they might know that Ven is returning. So that left one more. Kairi. The logic is a tad flawed at this point, I know, but once we get more complete cutscene videos, more translations, and better quality, the understanding of the game will come forth little by little.
  8. Basically what devereaux said. Xehanort wanted to make absolutely sure that he could live for as long as possible to get his goals done, and what better way to do that than to have thirteen versions of yourself all working towards that same goal?
  9. No, it can't. Well, Xehanort using key blade armor, maybe, but not No Heart, which is what I'll assume you're talking about. No Heart was a boss in the MIRAGE Arena. He doesn't really exist, it was just a projection of recorded data.
  10. Well then you're set. Oh, prepare to gain some weight, too. Most of your diet will turn into junk food. Because it's affordable.
  11. Get used to not sleeping. That's the best advice any college student will give you. Prepared to not sleep, and to not have money.
  12. I like this one. Terranort is probably one of the hooded figures. The version of him before Terra locked his heart and mind, when Xehanort was still controlling him. How is there 13 versions, though...? We have Young Master Xehanort, Old Master Xehanort, Terranort, Xemnas, Ansem, Braig, Isa...that's seven. In one cutscene Xemnas said that most of the Organization members weren't strong enough to be vessels, so that rules out the rest of them. Ienso, Aeleus, and Lea are revived as well and have no interest in the darkness anymore (it seems). So there are six other versions we don't know of. Thoughts?
  13. Good Guy Sora? "Fails Mark of Mastery, Celebrates his friend's victory with a party."
  14. So, quick question. Where exactly does the game leave off with Ienso and Aeleus? I've only seen what they showed in the trailer and one cutscene from after the Grid, where they're in Ansem's study. Is there anything of them after that? Where exactly are they in the KH universe right now?
  15. ...no I didn't....read the last sentence. I mean actually read it this time.
  16. First off, THANK YOU. Just because it wasn't EXACTLY what we were expecting doesn't make it terrible. Be glad we get anything at all. Secondly, I actually rather liked this one. It's pretty easy to discern what it all meant, too. Which is unusual for a KH secret ending... The darkness awakens...Obviously is meant to represent Xehanort, in all his forms. Showed us back when he very first decided he wanted to leave Destiny Islands. The light in the darkness... Again, obviously meant Aqua. Someone from the Realm of Light lost in the Realm of Darkness. I think it's pretty obvious she'll be coming back soon. Leads to the last key... Kairi. Kairi is the last key. She represents the third character of the three, Sora, Riku, and her. Both Sora and Riku have already shown great skill with the Keyblade, obviously, but now that she is wielding, it's her turn. I don't think KH3 will focus on her training at all, it'll probably start after she's already proficient enough. But now with all three of them, Sora, Riku, and Kairi, using the Keyblade, things will get resolved. By the end of KH3, I can see Sora, Riku, Kairi, Ven, Terra, and Aqua along with Mickey and Lea (and who knows, maybe Eraqus too) working together in one big epic....something...to finally put and end to Xehanort.
  17. So wait...was the secret ending where Sora wakes up in Traverse Town, or when we see Ven sit slightly...?
  18. Not specifically, because I don't know Japanese...but from what I can gather it's because Sora wasn't "strong enough." He fell to sleep, and it was only because of Riku's trials at the end that he woke up. So I think Yen Sid just said he's not quite ready yet, but Riku's shows more mastery over the keyblade itself.
  19. So wait...the "big, surprising, shocking ending" is that Lea is now a Keyblade wielder...? I call shenanigans.
  20. It's all false, btw. That's why Sony commissioned the Kara video from the makers of Heavy Rain. Everybody waas asking them, "Well now that Microsoft has said they're producing their next console, what are you guys gonna do?" And they were basically like, "...do? We don't have to DO anything. THIS is what our system can already do." Whatever Microsoft is making next, they're making it just to catch up with the PS3. Sony has already said they have no reason to make a new one.
  21. Not sure if anyone has posted this yet or not. In the livestream, he unlocked the Keyblade from Traverse Town, and it's called "Skull Noise."
  22. Really well done. Only thing I have to mention is that the White Room is entirely facing the wrong direction. The room goes towards the right, not left.
  23. Well if you've got straight hair, you could always try the David Tennant look.
