You mean his Shikai, Kyoka Suigetsu? He likely doesn't have a Bankai considering his Shikai's special ability, Complete Hypnosis. Creating a fake water type Bankai is what he most likely did. And he was dumb for thinking "powers that surpass that of both Shinigami and Hollow" are more powerful than his god-mode Zanpaktou.

To answer your question, I'd say Frieza. Frieza killed many innocent lifes including Krillin, Vegeta(not really), and almost Piccolo. He threatened to destroy Earth as well. Vegeta was really just Goku's rival like... Cell didn't really kill anyone close to Goku. He didn't have too many reasons to hate Buu either. Frieza has definitley caused the most emotional trauma for Goku. It's because of Fireza that Goku went Super Saiyan.

I hate the fact that people have to use size 100 font and color text just to answer a simple question. And the fact that some people are writing a book on when they first became a fan of the series that no one really wants to read. I became a fan of the series in 2004 or 2005. I remember I had a subscription to a Disney magazine and that's what got me interested in the game. They were advertising Chain of Memories in 2005... lol.
