She was rapidly burning up her energy. She might make it two...maybe three more moves...but after that she was done for. Silvia steeled herself and gritted her teeth, her eyes watching Brandon's spin. she gripped her blade with both hands and swung in the opposite direction of the boy's spin. Her hope was, with the force she was ending the weapon in, that she'd be able to cancel the spin and leave him dazed. The worst outcome would be her dropping her weapon entirely.

"I'm trying!" She grunted at him, and saw his downwards strike again. This time, instead of parrying, she dodged to the side, right where Brandon was open thanks to all his force going down towards the earth. She leapt up, trying to make her weapon meet his flank. But even she was slow. Her movement was off and her arm was clearly shaking from exhaustion. I'm so weak! She shouted to herself, I can't do anything! I'm going to be a weak link if I don't start trying!

Silvia had wasted a portion of her energy just trying to parry the first blow. When he struck her chest, it went cleanly and wrenched any air from her lungs. Her chest stung as she swiftly braced her weapon across her chest and blocking the following jab. "Ah...ouch.." She winced, feeling what was certainly going to be a bruise on her chest, "Damn..nice shot!"

"No chance to even prepare!?" Silvia exclaimed, retrieving her weapon and quickly using it to parry Brandon's downward strike. She could feel the power that came from it, as the shock from the blow coursed through her arms. "Well damn!" She grunted, "I really have been softening up!"

"Excellent," Shirai said to Ryonne, and he immediately walked forth into the woods. From what he recalled, the enemies here were relatively low leveled...but often spawned in groups. Even low level enemies became an enormous nuisance and a deadly obstacle if they got together. You can only focus on so many mobs at once....and if enough hit you, you're done for. Shirai could already see it. That last hit turns his body bright blue, and his body would explode into hundred tiny polygonal triangles. His name would be scratched off on the slab in town...and that would be it.

(I'M SORRYYY) Well jeez, Silvia had to think when Brandon went up and just made out with the poor girl in front of everyone else, "I can tell that there's some real couples forming while I was gone....a damn shame I got to miss out on them." She let out an annoyed sigh as she leaned back to stretch her own back, "Mmh~ Alright alright let's do this. I can see you're hyped up now. Christ, go easy on me alright? You know how long I've been knocked out."
