Anime and JRPGs have more or less become my entire life, so...yeah.

One word: Clannad. High School anime has often been very good and they very often have very good plots and excellent character interactions.

Yep, stay with the lower selling franchise. Great idea you got there. Come on, Final Fantasy is the 9th best selling franchise of all time, with Kingdom Hearts in the 70s. Plus, with several well-recieved games and the hype for FFVXIII (which there is A LOT of hype for) you're in a minority.

Eh. I thought the ending to Final Fantasy VII was a perfect open-interpretation ending, and I thought it should have ended there, so you can guess my reaction to Dirge of Cerberus and Advent Children. In other words, Advent Children was alright, and Dirge of Cerberus was more towards the 'bad' side. The point? I don't care whether Cloud being a loner was realistic or not, it regressed his character when they took SO MUCH TIME to make him a good character. Come on. I don't want to watch two hours of him getting to the same point of where he was at the end of FFVII. What makes it worse is he doesn't make it to that point. He's still basically the same. Come ON. His character development in VII was great. tl;dr-I think it made Cloud's character worse and most of it was flashy fight sequences.

The train stopped at the Shisu station, allowing Kirai to step out onto the platform. He yawned and slowly trudged over to the bench near the information stand. He put his bag with his uniform and basic supplies onto the bench and walked up to the stand. He stood there silently for awhile until the girl working there noticed him. "Where's the Zattasei dorm?" She smiled widely. Kirai scoffed. What fake happiness it was. "The tram outside can drop you off about two blocks from there." He turned to the bench silently, picked up his supplies, and walked out to the tram and paid the toll with some of his savings he brought with him. He sat down and looked out the window at the city. It was very pretty, but very boring at the same time. He opened up his bag and pulled out the strange letter that brought him here in the first place. It only had eight words. Even if it was short, anything was enough to get him out of the orphanage. Your free will begins in Shisu, Wild Card. The day is March 16. Year 2013. A boy arrives to begin his education at Zattasei High School (a previously all-girls school) in the organized city of Shisu. Little does he know, his life, and others, are about to change forever. God damnit Labrys' story was so sad in P4A. When they talked about meeting someone at the pier I bawled like a baby.

I like what they've done so far with P3 and P4, sure, but if they bring the Protagonist back, I'm out. I love Mitsuru and Akihiko and all of them, but sometimes you just gotta move on. Like all the crap they're doing for Final Fantasy VII. It's pathetic.
