  1. "Only if you're sure," responded Troy. Looking closely at Keilani, he suddenly noticed just how bad her injuries were. She didn't have any major gashes or life threatening conditions and because of that Troy had been too happy to notice the small stuff. Now, however, he could see that she had a lot of minor injuries, and they were everywhere. "Hey, Rebekah, do you think you'd mind helping me heal Keilani some? Ven tells me that Aqua was always a really good medic when he or Terra got injured." With that, Ven's worry for Terra sprung back up. "Don't worry, I'm sure Sora will be able to fix everything involving Terra as well," Troy piped in. Turning to Tudi he continued. "Hey, Tudi, was it? I know that Yuffie was never the healer or anything, but you look like you might be good with first aid, and that sure could help as well." (OOC: Are Arina and Seichi there as well? I'm sorry, there are a lot of characters and it's becoming slightly difficult to keep up.)
  2. Felix looked at the group, his eyes lingering a bit longer on Rebekah than the others. "Focus, Felix!" said Axel. "Right!" Felix answered, slightly embarrassed. "Well, the good news is that Keilani is safe and that the villains are gone. The bad news is that unfortunately, one of our own has fallen in battle. Also, less importantly, since the bus was on fire and crashed, well... let's just say we don't have transportation any more and I have a lot of explaining to do to my friend. Hey, Mr. and Mrs. Fancypants, I'm gonna need you guys to get us a limo to fit us all in there. I'll help cover the cost with Marcus's money if necessary. I feel like right now we all need to get healed up and ready for the next battle. I don't know when it's coming, but we'd better prepare, 'cause it's gonna be a doozy," finished Felix, really wishing he had some alcohol right about now. (OOC: I'm going to try to do the best I can at writing Damion's characters in the manner he has set up for them.)
  3. (OOC: And Rebekah is still there as well, yes?)
  4. Dang, Kiari's changed a lot from the princess I knew. Unless I'm mistaken, no one has Oathkeeper, and some of Aqua's keyblades might be a good fit. Idk, just a thought.
  5. It's all good. I'm really shy myself but sometimes a defensive mechanism known as "reaction formation" takes over and suddenly makes me incredibly bold.
  6. (OOC: Umm, there aren't any chocobos in Kingdom Hearts and in KH lore Aerith is still alive, but whatever. I'm cool with FF VII stuff. Would anyone mind giving me a run down of who's still at the "Keilani rescue mission" area where Troy, Keilani, and Felix are? We need to get those characters back and involved in... doing something.)
  7. Actually that was me who was mistaken in posting that, apologies. On any account, I doubt that Xeveemon's character will be swayed by romantic feelings Zack may have for Aerith. Damion Strife informed me that he's in a tight spot and gave me control of Felix, but I'll wait until tomorrow because I'm incredibly tired.
  8. I totally understand. If you unveil a new console and people don't realize you've unveiled a new console, you did something wrong.
  9. I pull Kirby sooo much. A light weight character with lots of jumps, an assortment of standard b moves (just pick from the people you're fighting), and the hammer and rock modes of death.
  10. Aside from that, the official name has been decided and they aren't going to change it. You can suggest that in a few years when the next one comes out.
  11. No, the character who used to have Zack Fair from Final Fantasy VII as an inhabitor now has Simba, unless I misread your character sheet. Besides, it was mostly just a joke.
  12. The explosions knocked Ethan even further away and knocked his back against a tree. He was now bleeding and probably had a few cracked ribs. He quickly checked. Yep, unless the shooting pain was just in his head. Gathering up the last of his energy, he flung a ball of fire towards the mini sun he'd left hanging in the sky, then disappeared in a cloud of ash as it became unstable.
  13. The plot is the puzzle and you have to work diligently on placing all of the pieces in their right spots. Aside from that, the original Kingdom Hearts has a fair amount of that sort of thing. I think that it'd be fine to have, but I'd like to have the movement capabilities of Kingdom Hearts II or 3D to pull it off with. That doesn't seem to be the direction that they're going with this thing, though, so... yeah.
  14. Ethan was utterly shocked by the concussive bursts of energy that exploded in front of and around him, launching him into the air. "What in the...!" he cried as he tried to arrange himself in the air to land properly and prepare to face Mariah once more. In his current position, however, he was wide open. (OOC: Lol, I'm a freshman in college. Sleep doesn't exist here. It's perfectly fine that you want to make devices and powers and do things with characters and all that jazz, but everyone here needs to be able to keep everyone else in check. I've had a few ideas that I posted on the other page that were shot down, so don't worry about that. The story just doesn't flow well if something is pulled out of no where and doesn't go with the rest of things or if the ability of device is overpowered like mine was. No matter if it's the most brilliant idea in the history of ever, it has to be met with popular approval, especially from people like Azure Flame who are very picky about the rules, and rightfully so.)
  15. Ethan was luckily immune to the ill effects of his fire and smoke, but knew that if anyone were to hit him with any kind of fire that he'd burn just like the rest. Coming across as immune was almost as good as being immune, though. Unfortunately, even he couldn't see were Mariah was for all of the rising smoke. "You idiot! She's got an inhabitor, just sense for it!" Hades shouted to Ethan inwardly. Under his breath he replied, "Of course, Lord Hades. Always a pleasure to gain counsel from you." There was an edge to his voice and they both knew it, but Hades really cared more for the lip service than anything else. Closing his eyes, Ethan tried to judge Mariah's location.
  16. (OOC: You could pull the awesome series of explosions coming from Tifa's fists from Kingdom Hearts II, though!) Catching his breath in just the nick of time, Ethan quickly leapt to the side, hoping that Mariah's punch would carry through to the tree. Using all of his might, Ethan increased the intensity of the flames on his scythe and ripped through a good portion of a tree trunk, sending the now blazing tree barreling down towards Mariah. In fact, due to the mini sun in the middle of the battlefield, much of the forest was catching ablaze.
  17. Lols. James only loves Mariah, Mariah loves both James and Joy, Joy loves Mariah and possibly Elie, and Elie may like Joy (or may just be sad that Zack Fair is no longer inhabiting anyone for her to crush on). Speaking of which, if you want to make this really complicated we could say that Zack jumped over to a different host between FF Incarcerated and KH Incarcerated. So much confusion and so many emotions. This would be a soap opera. All we'd need after that is an untaken female character to bridge the gap between James and whoever was to have Zack. Rikku, perhaps? Keep in mind that I'm tired while writing this, so take it with a grain of salt.
  18. Troy, who had been smiling, suddenly grimaced at Keilani's words. It was true, and they had to take him down if they were to even stay alive. Did that make him a bad person, he wondered? To kill someone just to stay alive? Maybe if that was the only reason, but he had to protect Keilani, and there couldn't possibly be anything wrong with that. Even if there was, however... even if saving Keilani made him a demon, Troy had decided it was worth it. The thought struck him as odd, but as soon as it did, it felt normal. If Keilani were in danger, what could he do but protect her? Ethan was launched into a tree forcefully via a powerful kick from Mariah to the back. He struggled to regain his breath, and in the meantime swung his scythe, producing a wave of fire aimed at Mariah. He had to keep her away until he got his breath back, or she might actually have a chance of winning.
  19. Troy leaned forward and softly kissed Keilani on the nose. "I'd say we're officially, official," Troy replied, smiling, before putting his arm around her shoulder and holding her next to him as he led her out to the rest of the group. Sure life sucked when you're attacked by people who hate you just because you have a Kingdom Hearts character attached to your soul, but right then, it was totally worth it. Who knew if he would've even met Keilani if it hadn't been for Ven and Namine? "Oh-ho-ho! We've got ourselves a lively one, eh?" Ethan responded, pulling his arms down and leaving the massive burning orb hanging in the sky to rain down small bursts of fire sporadically. Now she'd have to worry about dodging both him and the random spouts of flame. Smiling sadistically at the thought, he cloaked his scythe in flames before charging recklessly ahead. (OOC: More characters? Were they even approved? And the power of life and death rolled up in black leather? Seems really over powered to me. And what does that have to do with changing appearances?)
  20. Troy was pleasantly surprised and drew Keilani closer, kissing her back for what could have been moments or could have been an eternity. He didn't know, and to be honest, he didn't care. When the kiss finally came to a close, his heart beating like a humming bird's wings, Troy slowly pulled away ever so slightly, smiled, and caressed her cheek. Ethan, unaware of the ball but completely aware of Mariah's attack, disappeared in a cloud of smoke and reappeared behind her a few feet back, readying a large, mini sun like orb of fire above his head (Hades used it in Kingdom Hearts II). "Well, to answer your question, while Scott and I certainly both want all of the goody two shoes inhabitors dead and would like to get rid of the other 'villains' as well, we disagree on the last step. He wants to kill me, then sacrifice himself to rid the world of inhabitors for good. Me? I'll use him to kill off most of my enemies and then strike him down where he stands. Then there won't be a soul who'd dare challenge me. So, given any more thought to my proposition?"
  21. I'm gonna use my new word for b*ll sh*t. I call sharingan! (Seriously, if something balls crazy or explainable happens, like undying black flames or ethereal invincible armor, plus space time manipulation and illusion abilites, it was probably sharingan.)
  22. Really guys? Sora made an attack grunt, a dodge roll grunt (which both sounded the same), and said a grand total of three words. Judgmental much? You're already certain that Haley has ruined a character he's faithfully voice acted this entire time? Kingdom Hearts to Kingdom Hearts II was a big jump, but we all adapted. Let's try to do the same here, okay? Or at least wait until there's actually something to complain about.
  23. I seriously laughed out loud on that one. Maybe a bit too loud, but whatever. I totally feel you, though I'm ashamed to say it.
  24. Troy went to face the rest of the group with Keilani, curious what the future had in store for them. Right before they exited the building to face the others, however, Troy was grabbed by a sudden impulse and stopped, gently but firmly stopping Keilani with the hand she was holding. With his heart beating a million miles an hour, he pulled Keilani in close, brushed the blood away from a small cut on her forehead, and leaned toward her, not sure whether to expect a kiss or a slap. Maybe both. Parrying Mariah's kick with his scythe and using all of his strength to try to launch her away, the dark boy replied, "The name's Ethan, nice to meet you. You know, you're actually kind of pretty when you're being feisty. I'll make you a deal. I'll spare you if you come with me. Don't worry, it won't be that bad. Besides I can get you anything you want until I find a girl I like better. Then I'll let you walk in peace. Scott and I have different objectives, after all. I don't plan on dying any time soon. So what do you say? Me, or the pain of death? I personally don't really care which you pick, so long as you make up your mind. I do so hate indecisiveness." (OOC: Sorry about the second section. Ethan's a terrible person, even for a bad guy. I've got to remain true to the character. From now on that will be implied.)
  25. (OOC: Sorry about ruining the nice quiet moment, but I felt like that was exactly what Ethan would do.) Ethan smiled sadisticly and conjured forth a ball of flame in the palm of his hand, tossing it towards James. He then gathered fire around his arms and prepared to launch it as a steady stream to fry his opponents.
