My personal best for 1 mile is about 5 minutes or less i guess cause My personal best on 1km is about 3:42, I hate short run, I longer distance more, I go to my first marathon next month can't wait

I have training on weekend only once per day soo after that I recover, and don't do anything. But before that I have an Aquatlon race today: 1500m swimming and 6km running... and It's freking cold outside and it's raining...

Working hard and training triathlon every day to become the best is really hard yet fun jurney. Just like Ash's dream to become the best pokemon trainer. I really enjoy it every day and I'm giving everything I can to make my dream come true.

Yep that's what I do, I can only swim now and do strenght workout. Running and cycling cause too much pain.

I wake up every day at 5am to practice swimming, running and cycling. I am not insane...
